Such a great experience! I don't care to shop but I was looking for an outfit for my high school class reunion. Barb was very helpful in every way such as helping me find the right sizes and accessories. The other ladies were also quite helpful. I will definitely be shopping again at Chico's and will look forward to it after the experience I had there today.

Stopped by today, looking to refresh my entire closet3 women working, no one spoke until I was leaving. One acted like I was in her way at a corner rack.From the reviews you aren’t even tryingI took my money elsewhere

I have been calling the Lane Ave Chico's store all day today and the number keeps having a messaage: "Please call back the number cannot be reached at this time". I double checked the number on Google and after hours of this I called the WHBM store which I frequent just a few doors down & asked if the store had closed, and the clerk at WHBM indicated that the Chico's store was still open and there should be someone there. If someone could get a hold of them I would love to find out if they had a "Tall" in a pair of pants I just ordered to exchange and I would rather know before driving all the way from the north end of town in Powell!

I just went to this store today. There were two clerks, one trainee and one other customer. Not one clerk greeted or even looked at me. I walked around the store a couple of times and was holding a blouse to try on. I know they saw me because I complemented the other customer trying on a dress in front of a clerk. I’m not sure if the area is so wealthy that they only cater to their regular customers. I was prepared to buy the blouse but under the circumstances, I will probably never return to that particular Chicos!

I stopped in the store this evening, January 27th. It was late and close to closing but the 2 gals working helped me do my returns and took care of an additional purchase. I’m sorry I don’t remember their names.I really appreciated their patience and assistance. I love shopping at Chicos. Thank you!!!!

I love this store. The clerks always greet you and make you feel welcome. Edyth helped me and was wonderful. She has a great personality. She had me laughing and I had a very fun experience shopping. Thank you for the great service.

I love this place. They always have a good taste in cloths. Employees are very nice ladies and always smile to you and very friendly. Maybe the one thing i do not like that it is expensive, so i recommend that you make an account with them (not a credit or debit card), which will give you %5 off everytime you shop with them, you just give them your phone number or show the reward card they will give to you. Also make sure to include your email in your info given to them so you can see the offers and deals. They will also send some coupons in the mail. I used to recieve a birthday gift from them in the past few years and it was good gifts like necklaces, but i am not recieving it anymore i do not know why.

I’m a Chico’s passport member, but the service at this location is so poor that I shop online instead. The old ladies who work here care more about their paperwork than greeting customers.
