Waited in the drive through lane for 15 minutes today behind one car arguing with whoever was inside, as soon as they pulled away I pulled up and immediately without saying a word they pulled the shade down and shut for lunch. I was there well before time and they just blatantly ignored me. I have switched all of my prescriptions to a new pharmacy because clearly they have zero care about customers. This is after several other very rude encounters with staff at this pharmacy.

I have been a type 1 diabetic since 2000. This has been my pharmacy for over 10 years. I started a new job and had a lot going on. Needless to say, I didn't realize I was out of insulin on a Friday afternoon. It comes in pens and it just happened. I spoke to the pharmacist who told me to leave a message at my doctors office. On an after hours line. (Those don't exist anymore). She told me it would be $700 out of pocket. My husband had to call 911 by Monday morning at 7 am. I was in ICU for a week in diabetic ketoacidosis. My husband was asked about my last wishes. I had 4 IV's, a urine catheter, a failed attempt at an NG tube, encephalopathy. It was terrible. They asked my allergies and I replied scarlet and grey. Lord y'all I converted to a Michigan fan. I later learned that you can purchase OTC NPH insulin at Walmart. This would have been better advice from the pharmacy. Terrible, near death experience.

Don't expect to be greeted, or a goodbye. In fact, you can expect someone behind the counter at all times, just staring. I smiled and waved and they just looked away, rolling their eyes. This was two hours before close... In fact, I needed help finding something, but ended up not asking/finding it. I went around to the register to be greeted but they never turned to me, so I ended up doing self-checkout. It was all a real disappointment.

Excellent pharmacy! Last year my insurance company changed my pharmacy from CVS to Kroger and I am seriously thinking of changing insurance companies! I needed a few pills since my mail pharmacy hadn't sent my automatic shipment. Doctor called in to Kroger yesterday, the automated answering program told me it would be ready by 3:30 today but when I got there, they said they didn't have any. Okay. I called CVS and they were so helpful! They phoned Kroger to get the prescription and even called me to check on the number of pills I needed and got it ready in a few minutes! They were so nice and very helpful and in fact they always were when I used to use them.

Nicest people - very friendly and hard working. I love this location. Always clean and eager to please the customer.

Came by 2/1/22 @ 10:15am for a test for work. Drive-thru technician was great.I sure hope CVS recognizes their pharmacy employees for all of their hard work.

I just walked in to get a physical and no one was at the minute clinic, while it says online they take walk ins for physicals. I asked the pharmacy ladies, both were extremely rude and provided no help to me. Will definitely not be visiting this location again

More times than one, when I’ve come to pick up prescriptions or called in about getting emergency pills before my next appointment, I’m gotten a rude technician or dealt with the pharmacist who doesn’t seem to have the time of day to listen or give service with a respectful tone. I am picking up my meds from the Walgreens on Kenny Rd now and they’ve been so much easier to speak with.

Don't expect to get a prescription filled same day even if you stop in twice when you have bronchitis and your child has pneumonia. They just told my daughter she would have to come back tomorrow!! Her insurance carrier says they have to use CVS. Unfortunately everyone is short staffed.

Nothing special, but so much better than the other CVS locations in the area. The best of a not very good bunch I guess? The pharmacy seems to be much less busy here, which is great if you have to pick something up. Staff varies from very friendly to borderline hostile. They do seem to be well stocked and have a surprisingly good variety of random grocery and frozen food items.

Don’t even try to use the drivethru now that they’re doing COVID testing — 30 minute wait for two cars to go in front of me. Get your Rx inside.

Nilendu the pharmacy tech is a gem! Worked with me to get my manufacture’s coupon to go through. I know pharmacies are especially busy during this pandemic and I really appreciate his patience and customer service. Thank you Nilendu!

If this is a place you want to go plan on being frustrated. The minute clinic is a complete joke they charge an arm and a leg you’re better off waiting to get into your local doctor. Try to go through the drive-through today just to pick up Saline spray for my son who is unable to walk into the store during a pandemic in the clerk couldn’t of been more rude! States you need to call ahead to have them get it ready! Are you kidding me it’s one item she couldn’t walk up there and get it. This is why I will continue to use Walgreens as they are always fast friendly and willing to help.

I walked in and the nurse practitioner was on her phone. "I said hello, I was hoping to get your opinion". She looked at me and said "I can't give medical opinions" Not a did you have an appointment, not how can I help you , not did you need to ask the pharmacist a question; nothing like that. She appeared to be content playing with her phone and not being inconvenienced by customer interaction. Thank god walgreens is right down the street and was happy to answer a simple question regarding my child's over the counter medicine.
