I couldn’t be happier with my haircut! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Great Clips really listened to what I wanted and gave me helpful suggestions that suited my face shape and style. The attention to detail was incredible, and the result was even better than I imagined. The salon was clean, professional, and had a great vibe. I left feeling confident and refreshed—definitely my go-to spot from now on!

I tried getting a haircut at this store on Tuesday the 19th.
When I signed in for a haircut online I was in Grandview on Fifth Ave. The site said there was a 10 minute wait. It was further away then I expected so hoped I could still get in. It took at least 15 minutes to get there.
It was around 230 in the afternoon and only one stylist was working. She finished up with her client after approx 10 min then went on to the one person ahead of me. I asked if there were other stylist and was told she's finishing up her lunch after waiting another 10min or so a heavily tattooed woman with very unkept appearance came out and was frittering away at things on the front desk. The wait time for me on the screen jumped to 10 min. She felt she needed to change the receipt paper in the register even though she wasn't using the register for anything . She then casually went over to a Starbucks order that was on the counter casually opening and peering into the bag. She didn't address me at all the entire time or apologizing for the wait. I got disgusted and left. Ive been to many Great Clips locations and the Tremont store is the worst !!

I chose this location because it had no wait time and now I understand the reason. The lady gave me the worst hair cut of my life. She went through my hair as if she was cutting grass with a sickle.
Never going back again.

I’ve never had bad experience here until 1-4-25. A nice gentleman was checked in first online first in store. 2 lady’s giving haircuts one guy. She promised him it would be 13 mins until he was next. Then multiple people walked in after him checked in. He was cheekiness in first online. And they took other people over him. And the overweight black lady I don’t know her name was very rude told him to leave the store when he tips well and treats staff amazing at places now he said he’ll never go back. Imagine waiting half an hour first in line and she lets people cut you. He calmly stood up said what happened ed and she didn’t care let paying customer leave told him to leave she was totally rude and unpredictable I would never want her as my haircut lady! Overweight sweaty and mean. Let’s people cut lines wow! Never going back!

His haircut took 45 minutes. Everything was cut uneven and the trim work around his ears and bangs was terrible. We had to fix it at home

Lindsey did excellent with trimming just a little bit and then styling my hair. I would recommend her to anyone. She was kind, took her time, made suggestions. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease! Wish you the best Lindsey!

Absolutely destroyed my scalp. I swear it was like my stylist was using my head to whittle wood. I have redness all over my neck and forehead. Michelle needs removed from this location. I had done nothing to deserve the punishment she just decided to impose on my scalp.

I look Amish. She seemed very annoyed that I didn't want the clippers for a cut. Zero fading around the ears, about a half inch of awkward space above my ears. Back is the weirdest "block" ever. Didn't notice until I got home and took a shower and my hair dried. I'd go back to have them fix it, but I'm afraid it could get worse. Just going to have to buzz my head now. Great clips, bad scissors.

I got one of the best hair cuts I have ever had. She did a great job of cutting my hair in an undercut pageboy style. I highly recommend Great Clips.
