Zero stars if I could. Items Always out of stock, half the employees seem angry and miserable. The self check out systems never work. Every time I've been in , I'm there 3 x longer than another store!!!

This store CONSTANTLY has trucks sitting out back running, loud noisy trucks waiting to load sitting out there running with their moisy as hell refrigeration ! AGAINST CITY ORDINANCE , CONSTANTLY WAKING UP MY HUSBAND 4 HOURS BEFORE HE HAS TO GET UP FOR WORK!
This STINKS! We can’t afford to move ! wth are we supposed to do!? Kroger mgmt should know better! TELL THEM TO PARK SOMEWHERE ELSE UNTIL LATER IN THE MORNING LIKE THRY ARE SUPPOSED TO!

Over the years, Kroger bakery products have been getting worse & worse. Recently I bought their cheese cake, it tasted so sweet; like candy. Even the Walmart one is better. Their apple pie has so much sauce that a slice would simply collapse. Again it is also too sweet. They could have made better products, but chose not to.

Meat counter is NEVER open. Literally everyday it’s closed. Tired of loading kids up in the cold to not be able to get what I need. This location is the worst by far.

These people has to be mentally ill. Went to the customer service station to put some money on my cash app and because I live in Arizona and was here on vacation I couldn't add money to my cash app because I didn't have a valid Ohio ID when I'm from Arizona and cash up as a virtual account. There is no cash app branch in any state
