“I've been to this location several times and have always had excellent service. Today, I brought in two large portraits to see how much shipping them would cost. Bridget was very friendly and professional, explaining the costs and handling my items with care. She was super understanding when I wanted to wait in the store so I could text my husband about whether he'd be comfortable with the cost. Ultimately, I decided not to ship the items, and since I had my young child with me, Bridget and Stew offered to let me get him to the car and bring my car around so they could load the portraits in for me. I didn't even purchase anything on this visit, and they still provided top notch customer service! I will happily take my business here in the future.”

“Imagine all of the services of the post office, but with no long lines and good customer service. It does exist and can be found in a shopping center in Upper Arlington. They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those. I believe it is under new ownership, and they really brought the business back to life. They are closed on Sundays.”

Many are moving to technology as a means of answering phone calls but as someone like me who is steeped in technology, this is a high technology service delivery service with an old-school feel that makes business associates and clients of my firm extremely comfortable when they reach out to us. I work with a wide variety of clients and contacts, some of whom can be a pain in the neck to deal with but in all cases, not only do they get treated in a fair and reasonable and professional manner with that "mommy cares for you feel" and touch but, the essential information received is immediately transmitted when I cannot pick up the call where Intelligent Office Columbus employees are working to connect with me to pass on the call directly. The owner of this organization has done an outstanding job at making all technological capabilities available to deliver the service is organization is committed to provide but has managed to assemble a tremendous crew of people who have the kindness compassion and caring incapability to do the job right. “This is an Amazing store with great customer service! Please stop coming into franchises and expecting not to pay for materials YOU need to complete YOUR shipment. The UPS Store is not required to tape ANY box in which the customer did not pay to ship at the store.
It’s taking responsibility for YOUR box if something were to happen just because they tapped it. BUY TAPE or stop shipping/returning stuff. It’s not fair to have to run a business and buy everything for the customers to COMPLAIN about a policy that you can GOOGLE. You go run a business and have your customers make complaints about you not giving free materials, it’s actually crazy to see these reviews and entitlement!
Stop blaming that amazing woman Tiffany! She is there by herself every time I come in and does an excellent job at connecting with her customers. If you pay attention while in the store and stop worrying about tape you would see how many people genuinely love the store!
Stop coming into the store feeling ENTITLED to supplies that should be purchased. If you want FREE tape, go to the store who chooses to do it for free regardless of UPS POLICY. maybe they have the money to do that and that’s great but stop trying to knock down a business for simply following the rules!
Also, if you packages don’t get scanned in CALL UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE! All of this information is on Google. Stop trying to blame this store for everything UPS. They do not put the packages on the truck and ship them. If you have a problem The store can not help and has to take the same avenue you do to solve the problem. Which they are also not required to do because The UPS Store and UPS ARE SEPARATE ENTITIES!
they try their best but y'all are expecting miracle workers and it doesn't work like that. Blame the truck drivers for not scanning in your package or ask for a receipt so you can physically see your package be scanned and if any problems occur after… it’s because of UPS not this UPS STORE”
