“Imagine all of the services of the post office, but with no long lines and good customer service. It does exist and can be found in a shopping center in Upper Arlington. They have shipping and mailing services for USPS, Fed Ex and UPS all in one place, which is really convenient. They also offer printing services, but I have never used those. I believe it is under new ownership, and they really brought the business back to life. They are closed on Sundays.”

“I have rarely if ever written reviews for companies due in part to my not being a fan of social media and, my incredibly busy schedule as I am a CPA dealing in the areas of taxation and forensic investigations and business consultation. But the quality of services provided by Intelligent Office Columbus compelled me to move outside of my shell. Intelligent Office Columbus are most importantly staffed with incredible people. Many are moving to technology as a means of answering phone calls but as someone like me who is steeped in technology, this is a high technology service delivery service with an old-school feel that makes business associates and clients of my firm extremely comfortable when they reach out to us. I work with a wide variety of clients and contacts, some of whom can be a pain in the neck to deal with but in all cases, not only do they get treated in a fair and reasonable and professional manner with that "mommy cares for you feel" and touch but, the essential information received is immediately transmitted when I cannot pick up the call where Intelligent Office Columbus employees are working to connect with me to pass on the call directly. “I went here instead of the 5th ave location after reading the horrible reviews about the manager's attitude at that location regarding printing labels. This location charges $2.41 to print a label, and has you send it to their store email. While it would be much preferred for the printing of a single label to be free, the women working at the counter was incredibly friendly, and clearly communicated the price before printing. I arrived soon after opening at 8am, and there was plenty of street parking right in front of the store.”

“The staff in Graceland Shopping center on High St in Columbus Ohio, is the best. They know there stuff. I'm a 77yr old senior and losing my ability to operate any thing relating to a computer, copier, faxing, pulling documents off my phone. Those fellows were absolutely amazing and need a raise. 2 different days I went there, the 1st time one fellow by himself, and was able to wait on customers in a long line and do my faxing and copying for me. I saw 3 different guys, all 3 were very friendly, and knowledgeable. Great location.”

“Seeing all the negative reviews here I felt a need to post.I live nearby and have been shipping, dropping off Amazon and picking up here for years and have never had a bad experience, on the contrary usually a few chuckles. I also tape my own boxes.I've also been to many stores that make me buy tape to seal packages. The second the company seals it they assume liability for any failure. I would not do it either. Don't be so cheap, buy some tape!”

Associate, Zack, was very helpful and pleasant as he assisted me with getting a package mailed to my great aunt for her birthday. He also ensured me that the package would be delivered on her birthday. Additionally, the associates were kind enough to package the items I brought in to be mailed at no additional charge. “I've used this business to ship things via FedEx, and also to purchase boxes for storage and shipping. I think it is very reasonably priced. The owner is very friendly and helpful, but that comes with the caveat: he sure does like to talk and I mean that in the very nicest way he has lots of great stories to tell in this business for quite some time.
