It hard to find good customer service these days but Josh and Keon are a great example of how customer service is done. Both greeted me with a smile on their faces when I walked in . They were friendly and professional which made my day. Both are an asset to this location! Highly recommend this store.”

“We were helped by UPS employee, James, today. We had 2 big, heavy boxes that had the same Amazon tracking number. He advised us to get a 2nd tracking number from Amazon so we'd have proof that both boxes arrived. He carried the heavy 2nd box to our vehicle until we can get the 2nd tracking number. We can't say enough good about how helpful he was to us. He probably saved us a lot of money with his advice and help. We can't thank him enough!”

“I went into UPS today to return a photo booth and spectrum equipment. There was only one individual working, KJ, who effectively and timely managed and processed everyone's request with superb efficiency. In a line of 4-5 people I was in and out. He even paid attention to items that people were holding in the line and informed them before they waited that they didn't take the packages their and cordially redirected them to two UPS stores that did. I was highly impressed with his customer serviced and efficiency.”

“This is an Amazing store with great customer service! Please stop coming into franchises and expecting not to pay for materials YOU need to complete YOUR shipment. The UPS Store is not required to tape ANY box in which the customer did not pay to ship at the store.

It’s taking responsibility for YOUR box if something were to happen just because they tapped it. BUY TAPE or stop shipping/returning stuff. It’s not fair to have to run a business and buy everything for the customers to COMPLAIN about a policy that you can GOOGLE. You go run a business and have your customers make complaints about you not giving free materials, it’s actually crazy to see these reviews and entitlement!

Stop blaming that amazing woman Tiffany! She is there by herself every time I come in and does an excellent job at connecting with her customers. If you pay attention while in the store and stop worrying about tape you would see how many people genuinely love the store!

Stop coming into the store feeling ENTITLED to supplies that should be purchased. If you want FREE tape, go to the store who chooses to do it for free regardless of UPS POLICY. maybe they have the money to do that and that’s great but stop trying to knock down a business for simply following the rules!

Also, if you packages don’t get scanned in CALL UPS CUSTOMER SERVICE! All of this information is on Google. Stop trying to blame this store for everything UPS. They do not put the packages on the truck and ship them. If you have a problem The store can not help and has to take the same avenue you do to solve the problem. Which they are also not required to do because The UPS Store and UPS ARE SEPARATE ENTITIES!

they try their best but y'all are expecting miracle workers and it doesn't work like that. Blame the truck drivers for not scanning in your package or ask for a receipt so you can physically see your package be scanned and if any problems occur after… it’s because of UPS not this UPS STORE”
