“The Zilla team has a strong customer-forward approach that benefits my company tremendously. We have a robust, dedicated team that spans from account managers and creative services to hardware build, procurement, and merchandise services. My company exhibits at 20-30 shows a year, across 6 brands all with different requirements. Zilla manages all of them with ease. The Zilla team is conscientious, positive, and have a heck of a sense of humor. I can attest that in the many years we have worked with Zilla, they have never dropped a ball. In fact, they seem to thrive on juggling flaming chainsaws! Zilla = 10/10. Would highly recommend. :)”

“I can’t say enough about the incredible professionalism and customer support provided by the Zip Print & Copy team. They helped me layout, print and bind multiple copies of a book that was presented to my brother at his 70th birthday celebration. Bob and Fran walked me through the process and assisted me every step of the way. I grabbed a handful of cards at the conclusion of my project and plan to share their company details and my strong recommendation to all my personal and business associates.”

“I’ve had an excellent experience with The UPS Store at 829 Bethel Rd in Columbus over the past 6 months. I recently moved here from Texas, and I can honestly say that I’ve had a much better experience at this location than at the stores I visited in Texas. I regularly visit this store for shipping and returns, and the team is always welcoming from the moment I walk in, even when they are busy helping other customers. They are always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to help. They have been especially helpful with returns, including Happy Returns, when I occasionally lose or don’t have my return barcode. The staff is patient and always does their best to help me. I also really appreciate how quick and efficient they are. They process my shipments and returns without wasting my time, which allows me to get back to my other work quickly. I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for reliable shipping, professional packing, quick service, and excellent customer service. Thank you to the entire team for consistently providing such a great experience!”
