I love going to Nancy’s Nails. I always get personalized nails with Nancy’s ideas and expert talent. I absolutely recommend her. She is such a sweet person and always makes me feel great. I get so many compliments on my nails from even strangers. I just love to go there! I also highly recommend Mykala for pedicures. I have been going there 4-5 years.

The worst experience of my life. Nancy is a disgrace to the profession. If it’s the last thing I do, she will be ASKED to leave this business. Nobody should ever go here. She ruined my wedding nails and refused to fix them and told me to go figure it out… the day before my wedding.

Made me wait over 30 minutes for my service when I had a scheduled appointment. Made me late going back to work, they did not care about the inconvenience they caused me. Will not go back over this.

I've been having my nails done at Nancy's Nails for years and have always had a wonderful experience. My nails always look absolutely beautiful, and Nancy is a wonderful, friendly, classy person who always make me feel welcome and at ease. I enjoy my time there and always receive many compliments on my nails.

Frustrating Experience
I came across a Facebook post advertising $25 pedicures and, as instructed, called ahead to schedule my appointment for a 4:30pm time slot and drove 30 minutes through rush-hour traffic to get there.
Upon arrival, the front desk staff looked confused and informed me they wouldn’t honor the promotion because I didn’t mention it during the phone call. However, nowhere in the Facebook post did it say that was required.
The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning or recommending this business to others.

If You Like Being Yelled At, This Place is for You
I came across a Facebook promo from Nancy’s Nails offering $25 pedicures. I followed the instructions and called at 1:26 PM to book a 4:30 PM appointment.
Then I drove 30 minutes through rush-hour traffic to get there. When I arrived, I was told the promo wouldn’t be honored because I “didn’t mention it” during the call—something their post never stated was required.
We calmly tried to explain, but instead of listening, one of the staff members raised her voice at me and my wife. Yes, they messed up, and somehow we got treated like the problem.
Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and a complete waste of time. We left without service and zero apology.
If you enjoy getting misled and then yelled at, Nancy’s is the place for you. Otherwise? Hard pass. Plenty of salons in Columbus know how to treat people with respect.

I've been coming to Nancy's Nails for years! She's fantastic! They know me by name, I love walking in there! She always makes sure I love my new nails - shape, color, length, design... all of it! She doesn't let me leave the salon unhappy. I don't always come in with an idea in mind and I love that Nancy is excited to show me new designs she's been working on. I was just in for a dip manicure and Nancy was honest about the design I showed her not holding up for very long (I'm terrible about booking in a timely manner). I so appreciate that! She showed me some other ideas and we picked a new one. I absolutely love it! Now time to schedule my pedicure!!

Got my dip nails done here two weeks ago and they still look brand new. Absolutely no chips! Great experience at this salon. Friendly staff and clean environment.
