Does Petco store customer service was great I had a dilemma with my dog's food and they help me solve it and also helped call other Petco stores so that I'm not driving all around the city they did an awesome job reaching out to other Petco stores for my little doggies food and other products and set up a walk-in pickup for me that was awesome great and it saved me time Petco customer service was great.

Read your Receipt they are charging a .10 cent bag fee. I wasn't aware of a fee nor did I see a sign about a fee. Without letting the public know this seems suspicious on their part.

This Vetco clinic is unprofessional. Didnt answer any calls after they asked for a call to confirm my appointment. When I get to the store the vet was on his phone and wouldn’t greet me until my dog introduced herself, I had to wait around for 10 minutes while his vet tech talked to a coworker about random stuff. I was asked if my dog ever had a reaction and I told them she did when she was a puppy and they turned me away. It’s been over 4 years since then. I’ve gone to other vetco clinics and it’s never been an issue since she’s given Benadryl before. It never was asked during the booking, despite the vet saying otherwise. I even booked another appointment elsewhere to check if I missed it and it was never asked. They can’t answer the phone or adhere to the standards of their other locations.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT take your pet to be groomed here!!! My friend took a dog that he is fostering (Melvin) to be groomed. He got a call that Melvin needed to be rushed to the Emergency Vet because he was BLEEDING PROFUSELY and PETCO couldn’t get it to stop. He had not one but TWO 3x3 spots where the groomer actually shaved off some of his skin! What???? TWO different spots??? Of course, they apologized and paid the bill. However, Melvin will now only leave his cage to eat. He has to be carried everywhere and SCREAMS when he is put in a car. It is heartbreaking the shear terror this poor baby feels. What they did to him was complete negligence and should be illegal. Period!

Odd that you would still be looking into it when it happened on 4/18/2024. Today is 5/10/2024. No one from PetCo has even reached out to check on Melvin let alone made ANY attempt at customer relations.

Don't go here if you have a reactive dog as they will turn you away for grooming service. There was nothing on the website mentioning this or I wouldn't have bothered to book.

Grooming manager was about as helpful as a rubber nail. Paid for a package with nail trimming and did not trim my dogs nails. Was not reimbursed and she compared the dogs nails to anal glands to get her “point” across. Don’t come for grooming.
