Don't go here if you have a reactive dog as they will turn you away for grooming service. There was nothing on the website mentioning this or I wouldn't have bothered to book.

Grooming manager was about as helpful as a rubber nail. Paid for a package with nail trimming and did not trim my dogs nails. Was not reimbursed and she compared the dogs nails to anal glands to get her “point” across. Don’t come for grooming.

took my 2 boys there for hair cut hour or less later they called and said come get them 6 yr old they butchered him up bad left long spots on him didn't give bath, he had little mated hair on face cause of eyes water , I washed it off then the 15 yr old they didn't touch him and told me they need a form from vet to cut his hair , what stupid groomers they !? next day the seen vet and I told him about it and he was shocked said there's nothing wrong with the boys . So as for Petco I will never go there again and would tell my friends and family not to go there.

I'm handicapped And needed more help than most. The problem was the staff were busy and had no clue what you had in stock. Or about any of the products I asked about which was terribly frustrating. Your store was a waste of my time and energy.

I was so disappointed that my dog turned out like that it seem like they only worked with other dog breeds. Not every breed looks good with the same hairstyle. I was surprised that they couldn’t work with such a small dog. With my experience I will never take my dog here at petco upper Arlington. It was a really bad experience

The employees are nice and helpful enough once you get them talking, but you have to seek out help at this store. It also STINKS. I think they're not regularly cleaning the cages and/or the fish tanks.I've been twice. My first experience was 13 minutes before closing (I felt bad, but I knew exactly what I wanted), and two employees looked at me and ignored me, even after I apologized for being the late customer. One kept working on a fish tank situation, and the other looked at her watch and made a quick beeline away from me, lol. If they'd helped, I could've been out in less than 5 minutes and also could've avoided later returning the item.My second visit was at a normal time of day, and employees were more helpful, but I still had to seek out the help. Nobody's going out of their way to assist customers here, unless you're standing at the checkout. Stand there if you need help. Once at the checkout, they do turn on the personality, though, and they offer dog treats etc. Of course I had my cute dog with me this go-round, so that surely helped. They did accept my return easily and with no headache whatsoever which I appreciated. I wanted to exchange, but they had zero interest in doing that or helping me find the correct size and said "We probably don't have it", so I had to let them refund the money back onto my original form of payment and then go find the item myself and purchase it all over again on a separate transaction. Then I discovered the NEW item I purchased was missing a key part and had to come back again for a third time. Yikes.Additionally, the company won't price match sale/clearance items on other sites. That's not price matching, and it really shouldn't be advertised as a "price match guarantee" if there's an entire page of small print.If I were basing this review on my first visit alone, it would be a 1/5, but they did somewhat redeem themselves the 2nd and 3rd times.I know this type of experience is the result of our society's shift to online purchasing, but y'all are really making it hard for people who want to stay away from Chewy and Amazon.

I will probably shop here occasionally if I want to see something in person or if I have an immediate need. I was looking for pet toys-specifically toys that challenge my dog. I thought the selection was limited. I also was looking for treats and found the selection limited. But the store is clean and overall has a good selection of products.

Layne was a great groomer. The salon was clean, our dog looked beautiful and she was finished in a reasonable length of time.

I needed to buy our dogs vitamins because our regular storeHad to order them and it has not been delivered in about 10Days. So I went to another store and to my surprise I had to pay $13.00 more for the same thing.

The store just randomly chooses to operate at different hours than listed online. It is so inconvenient to drive over to find a print out at the door with the “temporary” new hours of operation. This has happened on three different occasions and is highly frustrating
