Expensive for what you get. Limited variety of weight machines, and several of my favorite machines were absent. (No machines for certain muscle groups) I tried Snap Fitness for one free session but ended up joining Esporta, which is only 3/4 mile further from my house.

My favorite gym for beginners. Everyone is so polite and quiet, and all of the equipment is taken care of very well. They also offer personal trainers and a 24/7 facility!

Really good gym. It is a small gym, but it has just about everything you would need to workout with, and it is never really that busy so it never feels too crowded. Only criticism I can think of is some of the equipment needs replaced or repaired but other than that it has good equipment to work with.

The owner reached out and cleared up an issue in a very timely manner after they saw that I was upset. Not many places will do that, so I really appreciated that.

As far as small gyms go, Snap Fitness is a fairly nice one. There's enough machines to get basic workouts done and since they're 24/7 its easy to fit a routine into your schedule. There isn't a major selection as far as free weights but there's a lot of dumbbells and plates so you can definitely make it work. However, since it is a smaller gym, sometimes finding space to use the free weights can be difficult. This location is located in a relatively quiet stripmall-esque area and there's always plenty of parking. That's a plus for me, also there's a little park next door and its a nice area to do a cooldown/warm up walk, if you're so inclined. As far as COVID measures, I'd say they are fairly minimal. Masks are required for entry/exit but its not really enforced. Masks are also not required during strenuous exercise, which is fine for me. I will say I've noticed people are good about cleaning up and wiping down after use of the equipment though. That may be more patron based. They aren't always staffed but when they are, I've noticed the staff coming by to clean up the equpiment periodically. Overall, I'd say its a fair gym and the 24/7 access is nice (COVID hours acknowledged). There's also a few locations throughout the Columbus area so its fairly convenient to find a location close to where you may be.

I've been a member for several years using both the UA and Grandview locations. I am an early bird so the 24/7 access is perfect for me.
