If you want to feel disrespected, go Saturday nights on third shift. The guy there will keep minding his own business while there is a line. You should never force someone to use the self checkout. Especially when the card reader is unable to read the chip. Also the cooler to all soft drinks were shut off. I tried to tell them that and they had the nerve to say “we know”. If you know about the situation please ensure the customer that you will deal with the situation, instead of shrugging it off. This store needs a lot of attention on third shift.

If i could give no stars it would be perfect. Came in got waters and guess what coolers don’t even work got cigarettes the woman gave me the wrong cigarettes and i didn’t realize until i walked out the door but turned right back around never even got in my car it was a line when i returned but when finally made it to the counter advised the woman she sold me the wrong cigarettes she goes and say yea I’m fully aware but no exchanges or returns. My husband came in asked for the manger (bill) he goes behind the counter and too the register as if he is goin to at least exchange them but the woman goes to say once you walk out no exchanges or refunds on cigarettes. Ok understandable but if you are fully aware that you made the mistake then fix it. You would think the manger would try to fix the situation but he act like he was scared of the his employee

Shout out to the young man working, alone, the evening of 1/15/24. Despite a long line of customers, pump issues, and some outdated signage in the store, he kept a cool demeanor and provided great service. To the customers who gave this young man a hard over things he couldn’t control, grow up.

Came in with a VALID drivers license to buy cigarettes and a rude woman behind the counter said she couldn’t sell them to me. It had expired two days prior because of my birthday and I was able to get them the day before when I came in. Completely rude and unprofessional. Don’t know her name but I also saw her not wash her hands then prepare food. Disgusting excuse for a human.

I stopped here this evening to use the restroom and get a fountain drink on a 7 hour road trip with my two young boys, 5 and 3. We used the women’s restroom and there was no toilet paper. I had no issue with this as I know stores get busy so I told my family that I would let the clerk know to refill the toilet paper. There is a sign on the inside of the bathroom door telling customers to advise an employee if there are issues. I went to pay for my fountain drink and was helped by Christine at the counter. I advised her that there was not any toilet paper in the women’s restroom and she stated, “We will clean it later.” I explained that there was not any toilet paper right now. She again said, “we will clean it this evening.” I asked her what would happen when the next women came in to use the bathroom and she said, “I wouldn’t use that bathroom, it’s disgusting.” I stated that I had just used the restroom and I was concerned about the next women who goes to use it. I asked her if she could give me a roll of toilet paper to just put in there and she refused. She said she will put an out of order sign on the door before she puts toilet paper in there. She then told me to take my drink and leave the store. I have never in my life experienced a more lazy employee. This type of service is unacceptable in my opinion.
