“Went to Bike Source after riding a Trek Verve 3, Cannondale Adventure 1 and of course the Specialized Roll 3.0. Personally I felt the Roll 3.0 was the best fit. IMOI actually bought the bicycle from the manger Will. He was great by the way and helped me dial it in with customizing it. They had the color I wanted in stock but I wanted to add the custom brown wall tires with the reflective stripe so they had to order them. This was not a problem, considering it was the 2st week of February. About a week and a half later Ethan called and said my bike was ready for pick up.When I got there and inspected the bike, I noticed a very small scratch on the bike and handle bar. I was really quiet and didn’t know what to say? I felt kinda bummed, ya know?Ethan asked me if everything was alright and I showed him two minor flaws and explained to him I’m kinda OCD and he took a look and immediately was willing to rectify the situation. Very empathetic the entire time, he offered to order another one or discount this one a little if needed be. Most people couldn’t care less but I asked him if it wouldn’t be too much trouble if I got another one. Needless to say, another week later and I received a phone call saying the bike was ready.The fact that Ethan went above and beyond and understood how I felt without even really saying anything to him spoke volumes to me on how Bike Source employee(s) takes care of their customers. Ethan was super cool the entire experience and I loved showing up and they had the pedals on and all ready for me to ride was awesome. The fact my bike is little custom than stock is also really cool.”

“This is the only place to get the best soccer gear in Columbus. They have an entire range of equipment. We wanted some basic goalie gloves for recreation. $35 and they had every size. $35 to $175+. 30 years coming here and it feels like the first time everytime. The staff is fun and chill. Just make sure to ask for help because lots of people like myself just want to try stuff on and they default to giving people space.”

“Good selection of discs from most of the major brands (Westside, Lat 64, Axiom, Innova, Kastaplast, Discmania, Discraft, Dynamic, Prodigy (I think), also a small collection of used discs) and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are what you'll find online or close. They don't soak you. Plus it's right down Riverside from Griggs. In 5 minutes you can be throwing what you just bought. They get new disc shipments frequently, so ask if you can't find something in the racks.”

I can truly say, Vance Outdoors care deeply about their customers. Troy had explained why it takes longer to finish up in their store. Being understaffed makes since to me. Also, he has informed me that there is plans for the future on how they process your information. I think once they put that in place, it should be a lot faster to get in and get out.”

I went to see Matt at Stromie's for my first bowling ball because AMF is close by and the reviews I read about the owner, Matt, were very intriguing. This guy did no dissapoint!Matt is a true gem. These days you can get the same products for just about every hobby online, but the service and expert advise is why you go to a pro shop. Matt is a shining example of why I chose to support local business and to "ask the pros" when I get into a new hobby.The selection isn't that big, to tell you the truth, but if you can wait just a little while for something to be ordered, Matt will set you up with the perfect ball that works best for you. The guy really knows what he is talking about. I cant imagine why anyone would claim to have a bad experience at this place, I absolutely loved it.I walked in about 25 minutes before close thinking I would just have a look and maybe ask some questions. Next thing you know he had the exact ball I was looking for paired with the exact advise and friendly service I was looking for. He drilled the ball right there, made the process really fun, and I felt extremely confident in my choice.Matt made sure every spec was exactly what I was looking for. He made suggestions based on price point, ability, looks, and comfort that all added up to the ideal ball and style I didn't even know I needed. He has played every lane in the 614 so even that came down to a factor when I told him where my league was.
