The material was top-notch and the measurements were done so well that no alterations were needed after the fitting. The best part of the process, though, was the customer service. “My groomsman, myself, my father and my father-in-law all rented through Romanoff's. The process was painless and seamless. He was able to take measurements from across the country and pull together tuxedos for everyone without many alterations. Prices were reasonable. There was a miscommunication when I asked about renting straight ties, rental ties are clip ons, not tie it yourself, so make sure you know that. He also made things right when there was a mistake on his end. My groomsmen failed to check everything and the shoes he gave me were brown. One of my good friends had to go buy me some shoes 2 hours before the wedding because I did not get a mobile number for him for an emergency . He then bought the shoes off of me to make it right.
I highly recommend using Romanoff's but please assure you clarify all your needs and get a way to contact him outside of business hours if your wedding is not during his hours.”

“I genuinely believe this is one of the best kept secrets in Columbus, and it shouldn’t be. If you are in the market for a custom suit, sport coat, or shirts, this should be your only stop.
Sean is patient, intelligent, and never pushes a customer to spend more than they’re comfortable with (unlike many other shops). Sean wants you to walk out feeling like you’re in the best clothing you’ve ever worn, and it shows from the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out.
Do yourself a favor and spend your money on custom. Off-the-rack suits, when you add in the cost of tailoring, will be roughly the same cost as one of Sean’s, but with significantly more hassle and made with worse fabric.
Shop here. You will not regret it. I’ve bought multiple shirts, suits, and jackets, and will not shop anywhere else.”

“First time visiting this location. Many Beautiful clothing for men and women. Very affordable. Nice looking shoes and purses. Some of the women’s clothing looked like something I normally would not see at a K&G, but I guess the buyer for the store thought it looked nice. Plenty of selection for plus size men and women.
Excellent customer service; but I do not think that it is professional to have a cashier having personal phone conversations, speaking loudly enough for customers to hear, especially using foul language. Other than that, this is a nice store.”
