For a communication company it sure is hard to get customer service to TALK to!! Signed up for a call back had to schedule 3 days out and they never called. My billing has been wrong every month. I have had to go in each time. Cody helps a lot but others just get me through to online help and leave me. 1 1/2 hrs each time! Now I am being charged for a phone I handed in that they can't find. I will have to pay $300.00 and fight to get it paid back. Well there, many more people come in with billing problems. Coverage is good but they need to get better at customer service.

Verizon is the absolute worst most grimy company ever. I was with Verizon for 5 years paying high prices just to switch to spectrum "much better price". I "closed" my account with Verizon... so I thought. I went into the store closed my account in September the rep was chill and said I was all good. Any normal human being would consider this a closed case. Oh no it just gets better three months later I'm getting late collection and a freakin debt collector saying I didn't close my account. So when you close your account with Verizon make sure you don't have any other hidden lines or really just stick it to the Verizon rep and say my final bill is for the deactivation of the account. Gotta make it clear for them or you will get legally robbed but a multi-million dollar company praying on your downfall. So I just recommend when you go to this store put your car in park.. then back into reverse and drive far away... love ya thanks you horrible company

Aaron at this location was an excellent help. I had issues with my eSIM that needed fixed and he knew exactly what to do and fixed it in minutes. I appreciate his knowledge and timely solution!

I was having trouble receiving all of my text messages in group chats. Victoria work for over an hour to find a solution. The service at this store is the reason I stay with Verizon.

If I could give Hallie more stars I certainly would. She was so helpful and extremely patient while resolving a complex situation .This woman deserves a raise!!!!!! If we had more people like this one providing service the world would be a more peaceful place

My experience was great! In the past, I hated going to a Verizon store. Audria and Juan were great and very helpful. The manager,Sean, is very nice and also helpful.

Today the rep here quickly diagnosed the issue with my IPhone and changed out the SIM card for me. She was super friendly and professional. Was a great experience especially after the store on High Street in Clintonville wasted my time attempting to troubleshoot the issue on my phone with no resolve.

I used to hate going to the Verizon store with long waits and a sales pitch, even if I already did my research and knew what I wanted. For the past several years I have just purchased online from Verizon. Today I had an issue that needed immediate attention (battery expansion splitting the phone) and needed a new phone immediately and to transfer everything to the new phone before the old one burst into flames... assuming all the videos online are real. Justin immediately greeted me at the door , was knowledgeable and very friendly. He got me taken care of with a new phone, got everything transferred and back to work in no time. Not only was Justin great, but I had a little time to observe while my data was transferring and all of the sales associates were friendly and attentive. I no longer hate going to the Verizon store.

I came in and stood patiently as all the reps were busy with a customer. One person said, I'll be with you shortly. I said ok. I stepped outside to my car parked in the front to grab my coffee while I waited. A woman walks in ahead of me as I'm coming back inside with my coffee. The salesperson who seen I was next and simply grabbed my coffee, then proceeded to not assist me but assist the woman who walked in. I waved my handat the guy and he angrily said I'll get to you after I check her in. No sir, you'll check me in then get to her, as you seen I simply stepped out the door to get coffee. I think the salesperson was racist because the woman he assisted clearly did not share the same skin pigmentation as I did. So blahhhhhh. They won't get my money.
