“After a bad experience at a different Banfield across town we decided to try this one and we were amazed at how different it was. Everyone there was very nice and accommodating. Our pets were treated with love and respect, and we were as well. We will definitely be back for all of our pet's needs. 8/18/26 update: Last week was a mess of a time trying to schedule my dog for vaccines, I sat in their parking lot for over an hour because their online scheduler is letting clients schedule before their normal business hours. I know this because an incredibly kind employee, Chrissy, took the time to explain the situation and try to get it fixed when I went back in this week, with the same issue again, but I made the appointment closer to their normal open time just in case. Chrissy was very understanding and helped me get my dog in for vaccines that day as well, despite not actually being on the daily schedule as the online portal suggested.”

“We’ve brought our cockapoo to Good Life since he was a new pup - so for about three years. The staff is always warm, friendly, and helpful! Dr. Beck works so well with Chip even though he is nervous for exams. I love that I can get our flea & tick meds from them. It is always CLEAN and a lovely place to be. Overall great service! And they have a human-and-pet snack dispensing area that my whole family loves.”

“I can’t say enough good things about The Dublin Office. Today was my Furbaby Henry’s 1st visit. He gets very nervous and has a lot of anxiety. Today was no different, but they put us in a room and there was a nice bench seat and a large window for him to look out side. Karla the nurse came in and took information about Henry and myself. Karla was as sweet as a pup cup. Everyone that talked to me and Henry acted if we had been coming to this office forever. I always feel stress when Henry has to go to the vet. I felt so at ease just with Karla at this point. Then Dr Maria came in the room sat down by Henry, of course came straight to me. She was so gentle with him and gave him a shot and he didn’t ever realize it. The last vet he went to would take him out of the room, but with me being in the room with him made a world of difference today. I will not go to another vet. I think I have found the one. Again Thank You, Dr Maria and Karla!!❤❤”

“My cat Finn is under the care of Dr. Torchia and to say she has gone above and beyond for my cat is an understatement. Finn has several complicated health issues that we are treating and Dr. Torchia has gone out of her way to make sure we are doing the very best we can for Finn. All of the doctors are amazing and I could not recommend this place more!”

“Faithful Friends has the kindest staff and most caring vets! They dont try to push unnecessary testing or procedures like other vets we've been to. We recently had to put down our senior dog. They were so compassionate and even sent flowers to our home. I HIGHLY recommended them to anyone looking for a good vet for their fur babies!”

“Everyone is wonderful here! My 3 dogs likes everyone there. It is easy to make an appointment. The veterinarins are wonderful! Dr Jay & Dr. Nikki take the time to explain everything when your pet is not feeling their best. If your pet needs surgery, they will let you know if it is something they can do there or give you a referral. I have had experiences with other places that just treat you like a number and they do not seem to care about the welfare of your animals just as long as they can collect as much money as they can and still cannot tell you what is wrong. I am so glad I switched here. THANK YOU for your wonderful service from the vets, assistants, and to the front desk.??”

“Dr. Schuster is an awesome vet!!! I highly recommend and trust her. Our rottie usually has a rough time at the vet. Between Dr. Schuster's super friendly energy, caring approach and lots of cheese whiz, our pup wasn't scared and didn't even notice the needles. I also appreciated how they didn't push for anything that wasn't necessary and the cost was affordable. Your furbabies will be in good hands here!”

“I came to them for a second opinion after my cats foot got broken at a different clinic and they put my mind at ease! Originally I was told he'd need strict cage rest and maybe a splint for 8 weeks. This clinic saw that it could heal in it's own and didnt need any management and they were right! He's all healed and happy again. They made a horrible situation much easier to deal with and they were so kind about it aswell.”

“best experience ive had at a vet ever! first thing after we walked in, they went out of their way to help my cat feel calmer by giving me a towel with calming pheromones for his carrier and it worked like a charm. the exam was thorough and the vet broke things down in a way that was easy to understand. pricing is very reasonable as well. i’ll never take my cats anywhere else.”

“I love having a quality, affordable neighborhood vet. The staff is friendly and you can tell that they have lots of experience and confidence handling animals. I have always had a pleasant experience and let me bring in my dog to have her nails trimmed. It is unfortunate that small independently owned vets that offer more personalized service like these are a dying breed, if you will.”

“It's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. My daughters rescue cat needed "a tune up." I haven't had a pet in years, so I'm not really current on rates as I thought. I was a little shocked, but I'm VERY HAPPY that her cat is doing well and they are happy, which makes me happy. Thank you”

“We are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care our 7-year-old dog received from Dr. Sarah Grandominico. After just a short time under her care, she accurately diagnosed our dog with Addison’s disease — a condition that can be difficult to detect. Her thoroughness, quick communication, and clear explanations made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. She treated our dog, Ellie, with such kindness and compassion — as if she were her own. While her medical knowledge was clearly top-notch, what stood out even more was her ability to break everything down in a way that made us feel informed, supported, and confident in our next steps. Thanks to Dr. Grandominico’s guidance and quick action, Ellie is already on the path to feeling like a happy, healthy dog. The office staff was also very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Thanks again, we can’t recommend Dr. Grandominico enough.”
