“My baby Brutus tore his all and at 130 pounds, that's a really big deal. The vet was great she didn't rush to do surgery or try to drain my wallet. Her main concern was getting him out of pain so we decided to put him on some pain medication combined with some arthritis medication after all he is ten years old. She called a couple of days later to check on him. He is getting better hopefully with a knee brace he won't need surgery..”

The room technician was equally great with him and put my daughter at ease with her professional, but friendly and compassionate bedside manner.”

We had a little bit of a rough start, when I called to confirm my appointment as a new patient they had no record of me or my dog, but once that was resolved the staff have been so incredible to work with. “I absolutely love this vet clinic! I really can't think of anything bad to say about it. They are always so welcoming and take great care of my dog! Their hours make it easy to schedule an appointment, even in an emergency. I also love that they offer their own in-house healthcare plan; although it's not transferable to other vet clinics, it's a little more affordable than most pet insurances and really helps to cut down on medical costs. I've recommended this clinic to multiple people and will continue to do so!”

“10 Star!!!! , I'll explain why ......In Michigan my dog developed skin cancer 6 months after being misdiagnosed with pancreatic cancer when she really only had food allergies and stomach ulcers. I started driving down to Columbus for her vet care And it was Dr. Gibbson who figured out what was really going on with my dog's blood sugar and found the skin cancer. In addition Dr. Gibson is a very progressive vet and is on top of new treatments. She sent the skin cancer tumor to a pharmacy who turned it into a vaccine and gave it back to my dog making her immune to that particular type of cancer. As you can imagine the whole year was an emotional rollercoaster trying to figure out what my dog needed and preparing for the possibility of her death multiple times. While trying to figure out how bad the skin cancer had spread and if putting her through all the tests and treatments would add quality to her life Dr. Gibson was very compassionate and answered my questions with patience and a lot of consideration and informed me of my options without judgement or pressure. Throughout this process there were a few questions she would tell me that she didn't currently know the answer and that she would make calls and get right back to me with more information which I valued so much. Dr. Gibson took the time to sort through the details and help me figure out what my dog truly needed for quality of life even down to her diet. My dog is 12 years old and is now cancer free and thriving with so much playful energy that people think she's only 3.”

They always address them by name as soon as we walk in the door, show the upmost compassion, are extremely knowledgeable and have fantastic customer service. I also appreciate that I have absolutely always been able to get them in to be seen when illness happens vs. being told they're too busy to squeeze us in which I often encountered at our old vet. “I was recommended going here after MAJOR issues with animal care center of Polaris that left me questioning their regard for the pets (there are quite a few people there that are amazing!! But the vets, not so much). So I switched and I don’t regret it in the least! My FAVORITE front desk vet lady is there (bonus!) and the vets (all of them and everyone else working there) TRULY care for your pets’ needs. I have a few difficult pets and they have made leaps and bounds in only a year of going there; never thought I would see the day. My one dog has anxiety and a low pain tolerance and Dr. Elzein has done the most amazing job to help me get him to where he is today with lower stress and feeling great! Everyone there is also patient with the pets and owners; not to mention the time they take to inform you of anything going on or questions you have. I have all 4 (and a foster) on their paw plans, which is amazing with how much we are there. The list of amazingness could go on for days. I hope if you are looking for a vet, you really consider them and know your pet(s) are in the best care (the biggest stress relief).”

“I can’t say enough positive things about Good Life! While dog sitting, our sweet dog suffered two broken metatarsals and they were able to get us in right away (and were so kind on the phone). Walter was so helpful getting our dog’s history, explaining what to expect with empathy and consideration. Dr. Beck called us to let us know her findings and offered a detailed plan, answered questions and provided support. She also saw us in the office to review X-rays in person. The staff was so gentle that they didn’t even need to use sedation when taking the X-rays or when setting her splint. Then Tina called to check on our dog the next day. Every single person we encountered excelled at his/her job. Even days later, I am thinking about how thankful I am to have such a wonderful, trustworthy vet office!!”
