“This week i took my new 5 month old yorkie in for a basic check up, making sure she's 100% healthy. I feed both my yorkies a 100% BARF raw diet. We use nosades instead of vaccines and follow a holistic vet for immunity against parvo, distemper and rabies. We are a 100% vax free family so having a traditional vet respect our beliefs and choices is a big importance to us. The man we had was absolutely wonderful. (I'm mad i can't remember his name) He respected my decision and didn't push it. He understand that my dogs are under 6 lbs and vaccines can cause severe reactions that I'm not willing to test. Both will be receiving their yearly titer tests this October to prove immunity again though. The vet went as far as too ask me to send him articles, court hearings, etc from holistic and homeopathic vets around the world which i GREATLY APPRECIATED AND Makes me really trust and feel comfortable around this veterinarian office. They never tried to push their poison on us (heartgaurd, prescription food, or meds). Which i took away one star as they do sell these products and have them in the office on show case. Over all, I'm happy with our second experience and I'm glad i don't have to drive an hour to our holistic vet in yellow springs for just a basic check up ! If Avery animal clinic comments, I'd love if they would be willing to post my vets name as i forget it ! He took care of Elsa and Ekko on Wednesday at 10:30”

“I have taken one of my cats there twice now. The first time was for a UTI (she’s prone to them). They got that cleared up and offered for me to buy a food from them that has helped her not only lose some weight, but also helped with her anxiety and she has not had another UTI since. The second time I had to take her in was due to her having a mass on her belly. They got me in quickly and are always nice. They recommended surgery to remove the mass, and to be proactive they wanted to remove all of her mammary glands on that side in case it was cancerous. They were very fair with the pricing and actually gave me a bit of a discount, knowing money was tight for me. They did try to charge me more than I was originally quoted, but when I brought it up the vet fixed the price for me no problem. The biopsy came back that it was cancerous, but luckily they removed it all and she is now clear of the cancer. She freaked out having the plastic cone on, so they let me come in last minute right before close to get a little shirt type thing for her at no extra charge to hold her over until I was able to order a soft cone for her. They did forget to give me her antibiotics, but when she had her check up for her stitches they made sure I got those. She healed up nice and quick and is doing great now! We have noticed an improvement in her mood and she has been more playful again. Very thankful that they got her in as soon as possible, and that she’s feeling better! I want to have my baby around as long as possible and it makes me so happy to see her being her old self. Thank you for saving my kitty and making sure she gets a good, healthy, and full life!”
