YOU CANT PRICE MATCH ON OUR WEBSITE!!! The nasty register worker said to me! THOSE ARE TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO BUY ONLINE! I said NO that’s your policy not Walgreens Policy. I had been in the store previously in the evening and as soon as I stepped in and saw who was working the register my stomach immediately turned. I quickly grabbed what I needed and scanned my items on my walgreen app to quickly see what the store was selling them for and the difference from 11.89 for a bottle of tums was a lot more then the online price of 8.99. Walking up to the front of the store already knowing I was gonna get the nasty crazy haired woman’s evil wrath when I asked to price match was stressful. So I quickly asked for a manager. She is just so unpleasant every time I come into contact with her. She dug her claws out of me and walked away. Zak the shift lead he is not a manager. Zak was pleasant in the beginning. Then he too started to become judgmental and impatient with me. No one should be made to feel bad about asking a store to honor their online price. YOU KNOW THIS WOULD BE A-LOT EASIER IF YOU JUST ORDERED ONLINE! I didn’t respond but I thought they are heart burn pills. Obviously it’s not his business but I needed them NOW!! So his comment just made me feel like I didn’t make it easy for him. Isn’t he suppose to make it easier for me? I’m singing that song in my head now it’s my money and I want it now…then when I asked about my coupon he continued to degrade me and question me clipping a $7 coupon. My sign in had signed me out and eventually when I got home I signed into my Walgreens app and the Walgreens Rewards $7 was in my account. He just didn’t care to help me. Lazy works and bad customer service!

Be very wary of this store. My bank account was hacked and someone used the atm at this location to withdraw money. My card never left my wallet so this store must have an atm that is allowing people to take money without the card present. They tried and were denied at the atm several times until they chose an amount low enough that I actually had available. Regardless, management here should be more attentive of people spending long periods of time at their atm. Something shady going on.

Loading money on chime cardManager is absolutely terrible, makes up rules about loading money . Limited my loading (500) only . Also rude !

I want to share my experience about the photo team. I had a book release event to attend. I had placed an order at another location, however I wasn't informed that the project couldn't be fullfilled. I was very overwhelmed and stressed due to the time constraints. I called this location to see if they could help me out. They were understanding of my situation. And they made me feel at ease. Not only was project done promptly. It turned out so nice and beautiful. I am in awe when they even paid for it. I can't thank them enough. It is amazing that there are still people in this crazy world who can be compassionate to a complete stranger. Thank you so much Zach and to the special lady that I regretfully didnt get the name. She made it so special by giving me a nice envelope. Her gesture meant a lot to me. I will pay this kindness forward.

For weeks now they have said their FedEx label maker is down. Another time the representative just didn't know how to work it, and admitted so. Don't offer the FedEx service if you cannot provide it, and train people on how to use it.

Zach the manager there is always condescending and rude. This is the second time I have been there that he has been rude to me. He needs to be sent to classes on customer service if he’s going to be a manager.

Pharmacy staff were so Friendly and Helpful. We're were there for Booster shot. His very quick and efficient. We're out within 30 minutes. Thanks for the care.

I drive out of my way to come to this walgreens as the ones near my home and my job don't compare. Everyone is kind, their app is up to date. My meds are filled almost immediately after leaving the doctor. Drive thru is usually pretty speedy. Never had an issue.

Terrible pharmacy staff. Constant phone hang ups. Also for some reason I keep getting my flu shot postponed with no concise explanation so why even bother going here anymore.

the pharmacist that helped me here today (younger girl with the glasses) was the first not rude and genuinely kind one i’ve come across since living here and i’ve been to so many different pharmacies to buy my sudafed. i’ve gotten kind of used to abrasive service at this point, i get that theyre under a lot of pressure but i just wasnt expecting someone to actually be nice and patient for once so that made me day. if you ever read this then thank you x

My review is based on my experience receiving a flu vaccination. Staff at this location is very friendly. While gathering my information, the pharmacist did an excellent job making small talk and making me feel comfortable. The unfortunate thing about this location is that there is no privacy curtain/ private area where you receive your vaccinations. While, I personally don't mind receiving my vaccination out in the open space, I almost feel like I'm violating someone else's privacy as I am waiting my turn. Other than that, if you need a COVID-19 or flu vaccination, be sure to schedule an appointment ahead of time as there are no walk-ins.

Scheduled a PCR drivethrough test. Test results came back 1.5 days later as "no results available due to sample cancellation: Rejected for testing. Quantity insufficient." Attempted to call store for clarification/retest. Could not access a human on the other end of the line, and automated line did not provide any option addressing this situation.
