Great location with wonderful staff. I wanted to give a special thank you to Heather Hall, who went above and beyond to help myself and my wife out with our banking needs.
We had a busy day and were unable to make our appointment on time, but she squeezed us in and stayed to answer all of our questions, ultimately helping us with all of our concerns. Heather stayed over past closing time to ensure we left better off than when we came in and even called a few weeks later to ensure everything was working out for us! I brought up a minor complaint, unrelated to her, and without being specifically asked, she reached out to another department and got it resolved for me.
Superb customer service; I know where I will be going for all of my banking needs :)

This was the best interaction I've ever had with a stranger. I don't have an account with chase, but my uncle wrote me a check for my birthday, and I went there to cash it. The teller was so sweet, compassionate, and helpful and gave me 4 candy canes, and told me Merry Christmas.

Helen in particular is totally rude. Asking what paperwork I need to bring in to close an account. Raised her voice and cut me off repeatedly for no reason.

I've never met such rude people in my whole life. This woman just talked to me like I was a toddler and the other woman behind the counter stood there and laughed at how that lady was treating me. My 5 year old said “why were they so mean to you mommy?†And my 9 year old said “that lady just stood there and laughed at youâ€.
