This loves is clean but they dont have laundry facilities for drivers to do laundry. They know that truck drivers are limited on where they can take the trucks.

Hello my fellow, American this location upper Sandusky love they are doing Racial profiling people if you black American or any other black or people of color please avoid this place don’t take gas don’t ask shower even ignore the food because what I hear people and what I see was same please be aware of the situation of the rude staff they have and also the place they stay good luck anyone who visit this location

Came in late on a Saturday afternoon with an alternator on my truck that had gone out. The guys in the repair shop got me in right away and confirmed it was the alternator that was bad. Being late on a Saturday, all the dealers that carried that alternator were closed, and closed on Sunday as well. So I was going to have to wait until Monday for the part, miss my delivery that was due Monday morning and miss a pickup Monday morning as well. So I settled in for the weekend and started my wait.
Later that evening I went in to chat with Daniel and he started crunching some numbers on different alternators we might be able to use instead, and he came up with a plan. It wasn't the same alternator, but he predicted that it technically should work as long as the measurements were the same.
He had the new alternator in in less than 45 minutes and she's running great. Thanks for putting in the extra mile Daniel!

This place never ceases to amaze me. Its all good
Here is your Sunday feel good. While making a stop this morning ( it was busy ) I witnessed something beautiful. An older man like myself with a Veteran hat on his head helping ( I presume ) his father, much older , into the men’s facilities - the older man had a walker. The son was patient and the surrounding people were nice , yielding room. I can say had that son not felt comfortable at LOVES he might have gone elsewhere. It was the sweetest thing I had witnessed in a long time. I am glad it was at LOVES. Peace

Stopped here at around 5 PM for fuel and DayQuil because I picked up food poisoning somewhere and had a raging fever. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Loves. Being slightly out of my head and sometimes moronic in general, I went to the wrong side of the check out counter. Cashier (female, lower 20s, dark hair, piercings, looked progressive) just stared at me as I waited due to her being on her cell phone talking to someone. After about 20 seconds of staring she basically called me stupid and said I can’t check out on this side of the counter. I said something like “Oh, kind of a weird setup you got here” and went to the correct side of the counter. As I was angry at this point with how little she appears to care about customers, I was biting my tongue as to not make a commotion and make the situation worse. She asked if I wanted a receipt and I said “nope” and then she said “Hope you have a better rest of your day” and I decided against responding. As I walked away she muttered “Hope you never come back either.”
Are yall taking care of your coworkers here? She’s clearly got something going on and isn’t abrasive for no reason. I’m deciding against judging her because I don’t know her, if she was having a bad day, or has had a difficult life in general, but please get therapy or reach out to someone if you need help. There’s no reason to suffer and go through life with that level of bitterness or despair. Whoever you are and whatever you’re dealing with, I hope things get better for you.
