Robsagna Wood-Fired Lasagna, Pizza, and More! is located within the Food Court at The Ontario Center Mall in Mansfield, Ohio. This new location opens in November 2025. The business started as a food trailer serving flavorful smoked and wood-fired American style Italian cuisine. The food is delicious, amazing, and pretty good. The house lasagna is cooked perfectly, hearty, and filling. The pizza is delicious and doughy, with a perfectly cooked crust and sauce that is not too sweet and not too savory. Other highlights include incredible smoked garlic bread and really good pesto pasta. The service is incredibly friendly, fantastic, kind, and excellent. It is a great place to stop for lunch or order out, with a clean area. Prices are a little steep but perfectly acceptable for a small business.

Just had the smoked spaghetti and Tuscan Chicken lasagna and bread sticks with salad and its was very good. We will be back soon. Everyone was very friendly.

I went to an event recently that was catered by Robsagna and the food was so delicious! Their house dressing and house lasagna were so delicious! I also had their pesto pasta that was really good too. Their smoked garlic bread is incredible!
