“I had an unplanned tire issue. I called in the morning (spoke with Kristy :) ). about the tire and possible warranty claim. I arrived at 1pm the service tech ( started a bit rushed) but in the end I realized that he knows his stuff! I followed him out to the lot. 2 guys already starting... I asked about replacing the front steers and placing one onto the rear defective tire. They worked really well together. The lead guy managed it all well. I found out after that he was one of the owners! The shop is BUZY and keeps moving!! (My one replacement was to be sent for reimbursement) Being the other was still in good condition they gave me $150 for the tire. If ever in tbe vicinity and have a tire need there my shop.”
