“The store manager here went above and beyond what would be reasonably expected of anybody and for that, I am deeply grateful. She came to the help when I was in a tight pinch. Everyday, I take care of people and never realized how deeply meaningful it is that a complete stranger would take a moment of their own time to care about someone else’s problem. Instead of feeling alone in the car problem I was facing, she stepped in and cared. Not only caring, she solved my issue. Being on the receiving end was a new experience for me and it renewed my understanding that as a nurse, the care I provide does make a difference. “This place was great! Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. The owner Jim was always very accommodating and took his time explaining anything you wanted to know about your repair. When we had delays and a time crunch, he offered solutions and reassurance that he would make sure I was taken care of. Jim has a great reputation with the rental company and the insurance adjuster which made it a less stressful for me. I will definitely go there again for future needs. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because parts were delayed and I had to initiate the communications to get updates versus being reached out to by the shop, the first time I went to pick up the car the check engine light lit up within 2 min which required me to pull back into the shop and the repair duration was extended a couple weeks, and they didn’t have full capabilities for the repair which had us waiting on the dealership to finish the job. “My husbands truck broke down on Saturday morning.we couldn't remove it. Libby said it was ok to leave and fix it. We couldn't get it fixed that day we asked Libby if it would be ok if it set all night? Libby and Aubreah said yes.
