Unprofessional, rude customer service. Spent an hour on the phone and was transferred 3 times. Customer service does not know what UCC filing is.

I just recently move to Urbana from anotherState. I called several banks looking for a bank that charges minimal fees for a business account. Of which Civista was the best rate. The staff had the best customer service over phone and in person that I encountered so much so I started a personal account as well

They're real good at protecting your money maybe almost too goof. if they're fraud alert catches even a 1-cent charge that they're not sure that was you they will freeze your card until you contact them
