This company has terrible customer service. I have called them multiple times for the same issues and all they do is have me unplug and replug in the router then say they're going to "elevate my ticket". Then I go weeks not hearing back from anyone and when they do call to schedule an appointment they call me once and if I miss that call the ticket is closed. I have tried my best to be patient with them but this has been going on for months now. we pay for 10mgps but we're lucky to get 5 and I am so sick of them shrugging off all of my issues as "sorry we tried" when all they really did was have me turn my router on and off again like I haven't already done that several times.

Slow, over priced service, and questionable billing practices. I canceled service with no guidance on how to return equipment with their very limited lobby hours and lobby closure during pandemic. They withdrew 118 dollars out of my account for a 20 dollar used router. I was a loyal customer for a long time and that's how they treated me! There are better options to chose from now.

Always friendly and helpful service. Price is comparable to some of the options that those of us have when we don't live in towns or cities.
