1st of all this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1) no communication 2) trying to get my doc to change meds when I take the specific ones I do for a reason (let me clarify 2 people can have the exact same condition but due to different genetic makeups and underlying conditions not every med for that condition will work ie we all aren't the same! 3) the meds I needed they haven't had in stock in 8 months but never bothered to communicated that to me or my doctors so I could look elsewhere for the meds I needed. 4) claimed to be under staffed yet if you spent less time visiting with customers you know or talking amongst yourselves people could get in and out more quickly.

UPDATE: 11/7/23Google CLAIMED to have verified their pharmacy hours. They obviously lied because I was in the store physically and took a photo of the hours showing the times I listed below. Their staff told to file a complaint to CVS, but I’d rather just have the update showing here for future customers (as well as present ones) to have the correct info. Those hours are very inconvenient to those who work business hours. I believe it’s a staffing issue. They should space out their schedules so they can provide staff and hours of operation to meet with their original times (that are listed on google).Pharmacy:They need to schedule staff an hour apart so that they can be available all during their hours without having to close early. Google UPDATE THEIR PHARMACY HOURS PLEASE! I’ve added a request TWICE now.Lines half way to the back of the store is ridiculous. Pharmacy techs not giving you all your meds making you keep coming back more than once.NEW PHARMACY HOURS (customers please make note and ignore that notification to pick up after 6p because they’ll be closed):Sunday: 10a-6pMonday to Saturday: 9a-6p

This is the worst pharmacy on earth! I’m talking extremely bad! My doctor called in my prescription, and it sat it there voicemail for days! Then, when I came to get it, they acted like they knew nothing. They constantly close early without any notice. The website says they close at eight. Really they close at six. This pharmacy needs shut down. Cvs should be ashamed this has been going on for over a year now the management team is so incompetent! They are right across the street from the hospital. They can’t be closing early every single day! If you can’t keep employees, maybe you should look at your store manager! And change your hours on Google! Literally, everyone in the area hates this pharmacy! Time to clean house CVS!

They keep messing up our prescriptions. I needed heart meds sent by hospital, got my meds never knew I was missing the main medication. Now 90 days later I go back to hospital to find out CVS never notified me of the missing script. So now I have to take injections and special pills to get my blood levels back to normal becuz I never got what was suppose to get in the first place..Then my wife needs her regular refill...once again they never notified her they ran out of did they ever call another CVS to see where it's at....Just leave everybody hanging..you'd think with 5 ppl behind the counter the operation would run alot smoother than this. Lots of unhappy customers Everytime I go up there they either got newer shorter hours, or there a a crowd of ppl unhappy waiting to get their scripts....I'll pass

Had to wait 10 mins with no one else waiting in line. I received a text saying my medication is ready and they don’t have anything for me said “your doctor must have made a mistake.” Call my doctor who shows it all went through and cvs accepted my prescription. Get another text saying it’s ready go in and they still don’t have anything. It’s always something and they are never willing to help figure things out. I’m changing everything to another pharmacy.

Poor service. Town needs a pharmacy that's worth a dam. Have prescriptions filled someplace else. Horrible. Takes hours to fill and they are at break all together at same time instead of separate and keeping things moving. The manager need to be replaced.

I was treated well at CVS but I didn’t get the 15.00 discount for the product I perchased because I used my Aetna funds to pay for the idem ( CVS 600 blood pressure Monitor) even though it showed the 15.00dollar discount on the Aetna Catolog. I Paid full price.

*Edited*They sent me a text that my meds were ready but would only hold them for 2 days. I go a couple hours after I got their text and the pharmacy is closed. It's the 23rd which means they won't be open again in time to get my meds. So I'll have to call my doctor to get them sent in again. Why send a text telling me they're ready but you guys aren't even open?!Very slow service. I stood at the drop off window at the pharmacy for almost 20 minutes while 7 people that came in after me got served before they even got to me. Don't even try to call them because it'll take just as long to get through all the prompts, just for them to not answer their phone

I don't understand whats going on in that place, they never have anything ready when you ask. Twenty-five minutes turns into over an hour. They aren't filling prescriptions when they are called in, so even if they are called in days in advance, they still won't be ready! We waited an hour after I was told fifteen minutes! I hope they fix whatever is going on soon also on our way out there was a girl working her but off filling everything then we saw 4 people cvs workers that where not working and talking and cussing about the reviews on here that girl need a raise and the people need to be fired.

They literally turn down the ringer in the pharmacy. So they can ignore customers calling looking for their prescriptions. They are exceptionally rude on the phone AND in person. My mom went to urgent care and the pharmacy IGNORED her calls or left her on hold until the pharmacy finally closed. Leaving her without her MUCH NEEDED prescription.
