Nikki did great with acupuncture. It helped her be able to raise her tail when she had to potty.

I had some scheduling issues and lady who answered the phone got rude with me. I had been off work for almost a year because of health issues. Started a new job was going to have to wait until September to do my yearly visits for 2 of my dogs and nail trim. No one ever sent anything electronically or snail mail about nail trims only being done on Thursdays like she told me about in this call. I had no idea about that. They are never opened later than 445pm I guess...well how am I to get my dogs nails done or even visits working first shift. Let alone getting my daily schedule at 6pm daily for the next day. Receptionist was rude after trying to explain this all she said was so September ok...I was trying to explain how accommodations had been made before and while I'm trying to explain these things she legit hangs up on me...really y'all can get aggressive and have bad days and we're the customers have to live with it. but don't get mad and ask questions!!! you'll lose your vet I absolutely loved my vet Dr McManus but now because I said something about these issues and not being offered or even told of another day to at least schedule my pets one at a time. I messaged my vet thinking it would be answered by her with these issues and being treated like an idiot and like what I was saying didn't matter!! It's their way or the Highway I guess!! what a shame I've spent so much money at this facility it's refocus! That was just this last Monday. After I had just been there Saturday and spent over $500 and had 4 dogs nails trimmed. You'd think like it used to be...the customer is right but nope. Now apparently I'm getting a separation letter so my pets will have to get to know someone else and be anxious and over whelmed. Ridiculous!! Dr McManus is so knowledgeable and open to discussing things with me about my pets. I'll miss her tremendously!! But this place keeps getting new people here and I miss the techs that actually treated you like a person! I don't even know where they went. Place is getting bigger people are getting ruder, like you owe them something and they are better than you. Umm I'm sorry I work in medical field myself and if I'd talked to my patient/customer that way I'D BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER JOB. Also some of these ladies in the office literally could care less if your pet is sick, dying or dead for that matter. I was in the office with a few of my posts and overheard a lady on the phone with someone who's pretty had just past and she was rude to the customer...what? seriously her pet had just died and your e talking loudly about cremation. Ladies have s SOME compassion for your clients and their families. I'm sorry but I'm a good pet owner! But having to wait over 2 months to get an appointment on the actual day I needed and then being told I couldn't bring all 6 of my dogs (because definitely by then they all will need this done) but no just the 2. I'm sorry but my dogs nails need trimmed more often!! I wish I even knew another vet as good as Dr McManus!! So saddened by this!! And it's so so wrong!!! This facility used to accommodate me because I do have 6 dogs and I live over 20 minutes away!! But it's like they could careless about me and the issues with bringing everyone down for nails to be done. I didn't complain this last Saturday when my appointment was at I believe 830 or 9 and I didn't get out of there until around 11 or later...I totally understand things happen! But when you're talking to some one trying to ask if there is any cancellations to call so I could try to make it work and there's no one there because they hung up on you. horrible customer service going on here.

I've used this Veterinary Clinic for nearly 12 years and have only had one bad experience. The entire staff is helpful and caring. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a good vet. I feel fortunate to have found them.

Dr Cole has been taking care of my cats since he acquired the business. He is caring and has taken care of my hurt cats the same day. Wouldn't trust my animals to anyone else.
