“I ordered my tires online and paid for them. They were delivered to Main Street Car Care. Setting up the appointment to have installed was very simple and easy. It was done quickly and efficiently to my satisfaction. The employees that I encountered were all very kind and courteous.”
“Pros:
- Local
- Good prices on tires and they always seem to have a sub-$100 tire in stock.
- Good prices on synthetic oil changes (most are 99+)
- I am terrible with names, (something like Connor?), who I believe is a manger has excellent customer service skills and seems to genuinely care. He is the only reason I will keep using Walmart in the future. I was very frustrated and he gave me multiple options and worked with me to resolve the problem.
Cons:
- Painfully slow. I would come prepared with a ride as wondering around Walmart for multiple hours is not that fun.
- The check-in and out processes take way too long. - Waiting in line for 15 minutes to talk to someone is not great.
If you have a ride so you are not stuck waiting, this is the place to go. If you have to wait with your car, I would recommend looking elsewhere.”
