Just go straight up to their other location on 1210 Norwood Ave, Urban, OH 43078, to check in then go back to Phoenix Dr to get loaded, loading hrs 3 or 2.

Nice place and good service fast unloading and nice guy who unloading , overnight parking available and neat n clean washroom inside a office..

Friendly and courteous staff, but they took more than 3.5 hours to load my trailer, and they have only a porta potty for drivers.
