Call head and asked about getting one adult and two kids haircuts she said just come on in. We’re open until six. We came in 30 minutes later and was completely ignored for over 30 minutes when asked where the bathroom was so my two year-old daughter could go she stared at me for a minute and then said it’s back there and pointed. We waited a while longer, but she just continue to talk with the client already in her chair and in my opinion, did the slowest haircut in my life Didn’t even acknowledge us… If she didn’t want to cut their hair, she could’ve just said she was booked or didn’t have time today instead of being Rude… Won’t be back

I asked for a trim and more hair to frame my face, so that when I would put it in a ponytail, I would have little wisps falling out. I asked for it to blend in with the rest of my hair when I saw that it looked blunt. By the end I didn’t know how else to explain it to her to make it look like it blended in with the rest of my hair to look cohesive, not bluntly cut. What I got was still a blunt cut that made it look like I accidentally cut my hair straight across, with a little bit of angle. I eventually left because I had to tell her I’m not a hairstylist and I don’t know how to do it and I don’t know how to explain it any other way. I am now going to get it fixed. I paid $19 for my hair to look like my child cut it Accidentally.

I am impressed that today is an ideal day to visit the Styling company of Urbana. Over the past few months, I have opted to visit a different salon. However, I decided to stop by for a bang trim. Although it is marketed as a walk-in salon, the reality is that it does not operate as such. Unfortunately, the customer experience has been compromised. Therefore, I would advise against visiting. The staff is often seated behind the desk or outside smoking. While it was once a pleasure to visit, the salon has lost its focus on customer service. If you are seeking a career in hairstyling that does not involve actively styling hair, this may be the place for you.

the lady was really nice ! i have came here before and i loved it. but i came in and asked for a trim, the lady had a hard time hearing me it seemed? her name was tana or something. but i had a shag layers from before and jus needed some trimming. she did trim it but it looks very botchy! and it looks like i have a bob cut with some long hair in the back. i do wanna come back just maybe with higher hopes next time.Service: Haircut

So I stopped here while traveling. I explained to the team what I needed and they weren't on board at first this was 40 watt bleach on scalp. But, they did do 30 watt on scalp and my hair came out just what I wanted it too! They are all also friendly and the price was much lower than I had expected! The stylist there are wonderful!! Quick service and no appointment needed!! You can just walk in and they are at your service!! They are all great stylists, but I usually have Ashley cut my hair and she really listens to what I ask for. If you don't have a permanent stylus you really need to try the salon company they're awesome
