The sweepers could be better they hardly work but the workers are nice when there I had one who paid for my full service clean and left me qtrs to clean the nsside of my car thatw a really nice eof him. He left before he i could say thanks

Went there today because I wanted to get all the salt off of my vehicle and they were completely shut down. This is a constant thing with these people. This is the time of year when people really need to get salt build up off their cars and these people can’t keep it running. Someone needs to open a real car wash in Urbana and put these incompetent owners out of business.

Went there on a Friday morning, about 7:30. Wanted to go through the automatic. Put my card in, selected the $8 wash. Then, there was a message on the screen about releasing the button. What button? I pushed what I thought might be the button, but the screen showed a $2 charge. For what? I couldn't get it to work, so went over \\u0026 sprayed car myself. Sure enough $10 was charged to my account....for no wash.

Used to use this all the time..3 yrs ago. Tried last year..no soap..no wax. Same today...put in 7$ of quarters...no soap. Will never be back.

I wanted an automatic wash but it wasn't working. The manual wash took $2.25 to start but I had to put $2.50 before the timer started counting down and then NO WATER CAME OUT.

This place could use a new owner maybe clean it up new equipment it's been the same for 30 years maybe soap I have video of the pre soak soap started with soap didn't even get the hood sprayed it ran out blowing air waste of money
