I booked my appointment online for an oil change and also marked down I wanted my muffler checked for a leak, once arriving the girl at the front desk gave me a paper to sign and it said my total would be an estimate of 191.00 something. I asked why that much for just an oil change, she said let me see that. She said oh it's just the way it's in the computer but it will Definitely not be that much, I said I don't want any other services done just for them to check for a leak in the muffler while it's already in the air. She said no problem. I watched them pull my vehicle in the garage at 10:28am and it was back out in the lot at 11am. So I went back to her and she said she was finishing up the paperwork. Gave me a bill of 168.00 I asked why it was so much for only an oil change. She said it was 85.00 for labor for 30 minutes to locate the muffler leak. It did NOT take them 30 minutes to locate that leak when I timed the car being in the garage! The 32 minutes was them doing my oil change and the other stuff they already check when they do the oil change. Needless to say I will NEVER take my car to have my oil change there again. It was a complete rip off and charged me 85.00 for nothing. I only took it to Svg in the first place because that's the company I bought the car from. One very unhappy customer!

Started my search for a vehicle in Springfield with Austin. My car wasn’t there so Austin came to Urbana when I let him know I fell in love with ‘Rubie’! Noah was extremely helpful until Austin got to Urbana. Adam was amazing helping me get the best deal possible. Highly recommend all three of these guys!

The staff at SVG Motors in Urbana went above and beyond to help us get into a new vehicle. Adam was outstanding! Made us feel like he knew us for years, Adam was so friendly and helpful made the whole experience effortless! We didn't think we would walk out with a car the same day, between Adam and Wyatt they made sure we did! Every staff member was friendly made us feel very welcome!

I am so very disappointed with this dealership.I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again.Nor will I recommend them to anyone?I purchased A.
Chevy silverado 2019 Back in june. While the vehicle was being detailed when they was getting ready to bring the vehicle to me to take home, they hit the side of their building damaging the passenger side of the vehicle. I have been dealing with this over 5 weeks now and the vehicle still is not repaired. One of the things that I'm the most upset about is the vehicle had to be taken to another location to be repaired. What that being said, someone drove my vehicle and hauled their child inside my vehicle and making the decision to take their child to McDonald's to eat and then letting their child eat in my vehicle and leaving the trash behind. Not very professional.I will not be recommending This dealership To anyone

I visited SVG on 5/25/24 to Inquire about one of their vehicles that they had for sale. I test drove the vehicle without any sales pitch of them pushing for me to buy the vehicle without me feeling comfortable first. I informed them I still had another vehicle I wanted to look at first at another dealership. They offered for me to take the vehicle for a 48 hr test drive to compare the vehicle to the other dealership. I ended up buying the one at the other dealership due to the vehicle having the features I was looking for, yet I need to say, the sales team, staff and service I received at SVG was excellent and I would have preferred to buy from them if they had the vehicle I was looking for. Highly recommend this SVG.

After a year of looking and hoping to find the right truck I came to svg in Urbana and meet Adam Newman and he did everything for me I couldn't of found a better person to work with treated me like family and got me into the truck I've wanted for a long time Adam was absolutely the best svg is a better place with people like him
