Went above and beyond to help me with my Dixie Chopper Magnum 2560, had issues with the starting system and he helped guide me through the process and even sold parts after hours! Guy was great definitely recommend going here for any mower issues you have, very knowledgeable.

They do sandblasting. I had a frame done for a Nissan truck I was building. Easy to call for scheduling. I dropped frame off and he told me he does sandblasting on weekends. Left frame with him. He did a very thorough job and he was fairly priced. He let me know when it was finished and when I could pick it up. I was very satisfied. I took him another frame for a chevy truck and was very pleased with the price and the job done. I am a small business owner and I support all the local businesses I can.

After being screwed on my Dixie Chopper warranty by a dealer in Eaton, Ohio, my husband and I took our mower to Bob at This Old Car. We are from Richmond, Indiana and it took us a while to get there but we will never take our mower anywhere else. Bob was great and had our mower running in 2 days. And as an owner of 2 pitbulls, I was thrilled to see one greet me as I went in the door. I hate that pits get such a bad and undeserved rap-- I actually have a tattoo that says Beware of Pitbulls, They Will Steal Your Heart. They are the best dogs ever. And Bob is the best car guy ever! Thank you again for your help and your love of dogs.

Took my Dixie Chopper to TOCAT that just would not keep running. Upon arrival he just rushed over, pointed not introducing himself and try's unloading the mower while strapped? Next I told him to get it running then call for any other repairs. Three days later I give him (Rob)a call and he says “it's done!†He never even bothering to call!? I asked for the price, he didn't know and he'd call me back. $760.00 and he decide to do multiple, way over priced unnecessary repairs with no guaranty. The hand written receipt was completely illegible. When trying to pay, his credit machine did not work (45 min of calling the credit card company and him yelling at his wife too get off the internet)so he had to copy all my information to charge later. I asked him kindly to discard my information when he gets it figured out and he yelled “I been in business for 30 years Any question seems to make him violent. After calming him down we got the mower loaded. Well three days later the mower does not run and the oil filter, fuel filter all looked unchanged?! Very rude, angry and distrustful person with little to no business practice. I should have know better because when you enter inside of the building their are two pit bulls that bark at you upon entering and he does nothing. So beware of bringing kids or safety to family members.

Called to do comparative pricing, very uncooperative. Told me I should buy from the local distributor. I wouldn't but from This old Car if they were the last distributor in OHIO. I would rather have a Toro.

Dropped of my Dixie Chopper mower to have warranty work done. Dixie Chopper has a Kawasaki Engine on it that was having issues. The engine had 18.1 hours on it with a 300 hour warranty. I was called several weeks later stating it was fixed. When I went to pick up my mower I was hit with a $494.22 bill. Owner Rob stated that the carburetor was not covered under warranty because in his opinion there was dirt, debris, water, and rust in the carburetor. I asked how this was possible if there was a fuel filter, how did it allow all this "dirt and debris" past it? No reasonable answer given. Why did he not notify me prior to doing the work that it was not going to be covered under warranty? Oh let me add this, he failed to inform me that he is NOT certified or authorized by Kawasaki to do warranty work. Don't trust this place!! He was deceptive on his ability to do warranty work.
