Josh Rarey and his team took such good care of our emergency alternator replacement (we were in town from Washington DC for only a day). Excellent communication with us throughout, a solid repair and an absolutely fair price.

I had my tires done last week. When I went to pick my vehicle up, the staff were on their lunch break. I parked beside my vehicle and they had left my vehicle unlocked. When they returned, I went inside to pay and get my keys. I informed them that they had left my vehicle unlocked, instead of apologizing they said that’s their normal practice and you must request to have your vehicle locked. What poor customer service. I will never take my vehicle there again.

Able to get in & out quickly. Would have been nice when I made my appointment to be told they charge extra if you use a credit card. I was lucky I had a personal check to pay. Otherwise it would have been a $20 fee!

Went for an alignment after having a lift installed an it took 3 days to get done in April. I probably put 1200 miles on the truck by October when I noticed my steering wheel was no longer straight when driving straight. I take it to a local shop to have it checked and Trinity left everything loose.
