called a week ago to have two tires ordered for my truck. they would have needed to be ordered and shipped in. the gentleman took my name and number and said he would call me back with the price and day they would arrive and to take my payment. never received a call back and went to a different shop to get the tires. this shop lost a $400 bill due to not caring enough about this potential customer. my neighbors didn't recommend them and now i can see why.

I had an emergency come up and they took care of it with ease. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and helpful. They just made a new customer.
