The gentlemen arrived at the time frame I was given. Everything was executed in a fashionable manner. The entire process was seamless. They were both very polite and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Bath Experts.

I was replacing an outdated shower and the process was easy, efficient and ending in a great result. Lonnie and Kaleb were kind, kept me updated and did a great installation! Before and after pictures.

Tanisha our sales rep was very professional and helped us make decisions in our shower remodel so we can age in place. Unfortunately for installers, Selie and Jackson, the day was brutally hot. Fortunately, they were able to work in our garage that at least afforded them some shade. They were very professional and very friendly. I advised them that my husband has Alzheimer's. They were so courteous and respectful of him. I know it's hard to believe a shower remodel down to the studs only takes a day, but they arrived on time at 8:30 and were leaving the driveway at 3:00. They cleaned up the bathroom and the driveway(actually leaving things cleaner than when they arrived). With the grab bars and shower seat we feel much safer. The shower is beautiful and will be so much easier for me to clean! Would recommend Bath Experts to anyone.

1 day installation (less than 8 hrs) for shower, including removal of old tub/shower surround, Workers were very conscientious about keeping house & floors clean & even swept up any little messes from the old shower & wall removal. Great improvement in our bathroom with just a shower makeover. They even made an extra trip the next day to deliver a requested longer hose for the handheld shower wand. Very pleased with Bath Experts quality & customer service.

Celie and Jackson showed up on time, both were very professional, executed the removal of the old tub and the installation of the beautiful shower stall. We are very satisfied with the installation.

My sister had a new shower put in and I wanted a new one. I called Jacuzzi and from the time I met Tony and signed the contract then had Lonnie install it I was so pleased. My new shower is beautiful and I would recommend Jacuzzi Bath Fitters to everyone. 😊

Mark was awesome when he came over to do an estimate. He listened to exactly what we wanted and didn’t try to push anything extra on us when we decided to just go super basic for our extra basement bathroom. He was helpful with helping us finance and get the process started easily. Celie did an amazing job on install! He was quick and efficient and gave me information on things as he came across them! In the end, my husband and I are extremely happy with the results!

Had a new walk in shower installed. The guys were very accommodating and did a great job. They were very courteous and respectful of our house. If we need anything else done we would definitely use this company again.

Our experience with Bath Experts was not that great. The positive, the quality of the tub and shower are great, however, we are still not happy with the install. It was installed in one day, but there was alot of clean up. There were drywall pieces left all over our basement floor, and white dust left over the steps.They asked me to move my car out of the garage, and used the garage to work, which left white dust all over everything. When i mentioned the white dust to Tony (supervisor) that was in the garage, he said that didnt make sense, and there was no way. I felt like i was being called a liar, and wish would have taken pictures before we cleaned it up. There was debris in the driveway such as screws, and drywall material left, and we didn't realize it until we ran over it pulling my car back in the garage.Tony(supervisor) came back out because the shower head and attachment was crooked, and when Tony came back out, he said that it's off 1/16 of an inch only, and that's normal. We are not happy with placement, and my husband will have to try to fix it. Tony told us there was nothing else to fix. He also stated he would "yell" at the two installers, and took pictures of the mess, and the baggie full of debris left in our driveway. For the price we paid , we are not happy. Hopefully with Tony "yelling" at the installers, this won't happen to anyone else.
