I would describe Tricia as an agent that always goes the extra mile. She didn’t just provide me with a quote, she took the time to explain all the options and looked for every discount I could receive to get the best rate. And she beat out every other agency. But she doesn’t just stop once she gets your business. She checks in every six months, sends laminated cards to your home, and even mails a birthday and holiday card every year! It is evident she truly loves what she does and enjoys making her customers happy.

The worst customer care I have ever received. Zero phone communication. It would appear they
are a 100% texting company, because that’s all I ever got. Asking for a phone call was too much trouble. The owner couldn’t even return a call.
Over priced, poor customer service. No thanks!
