“I worked with Susan McClain to schedule a 10 day hiking trip to Arizona in late August for my brother and I. Susan did a very good job of scheduling flights, hotel reservations and SUV rental. Because of very hot temperatures we postponed the trip till early October. Susan did a great job of rescheduling the flights, hotel rental and SUV rental. She paid close attention to our needs and flight seating desires and provided extra help in defining luggage restrictions and weight information. I was very happy with her help and would highly recommend Susan to anyone else and will reuse her in the future.
