Well folks, I have to say, I’ve never had a better experience in all my years at a post office. I’ve been from Chattanooga to Savannah, Buffalo to Asheville, and back again. I’d say it’s the best this side of the Mississippi, but gosh darnit, it’s the best on the other side too! Not one of those post offices hold a candle to the one in valley city. Hands down the best in the Medina/cuyahoga/lorain region. And I’ll be honest, it’s all because of the gentleman behind the counter. He’s so professional & kind. Younger guy, maybe in his 30s with a Hispanic complexion. Good looking fellow. Other post offices should study him and use him as the model for how post offices should be run.

Amazing atmosphere. Everyone is so festive, positive and polite. My post office is in Grafton, but I go out of my way to come to this location.

I had the most wonderful service from a very helpful and very charming (and I’ll be honest, VERY handsome) Latino clerk. He was so kind and so patient. I will absolutely go out of my way to send my mail with him because he was just so helpful and sweet. This is a great post office. 10/10, would recommend!

This is the absolute worst Post Office I’ve ever been in, the female manager is a miserable person who obviously dislikes her life, if you like being treated like a piece of garbage and an animal, then visit Valley City, OhioUS Post Office, I’ll go elsewhere

Please update your hours online. Have gone up to this location multiple times and noticed the hours on the door change sporadically. Specifically, today I went up to this location at 1:38 all to find out that they in fact do not close at 2pm today…the door says 1:30. Online says 2.
I had to inform multiple customers as they were walking up to the store with giant packages that the store was closed. Very frustrating.

So pleasant and helpful - Dave is the best Manager and our Carrier Justin is awesome -- this office may be small, but it sure does an amazing job! I feel confident that anytime we need their help, they are there for us! And, our mail seems to arrive and get delivered in a timely manner...always! Thank you!!!

Needed a package that had been delivered, but no one home to sign. I saw the notice, called the post office a half hour later. The nice man there called the driver. The driver asked if I was home as he would be right past us 45 minutes later and would be happy to drop it off at that time.
