They should build a diner and driver’s lounge here so drivers can get out of the truck while they wait for the snails to load the trucks.

Terrible place to deliver. No respect no signs they just expect you to know where and what you’re doing I’ll never go back first and last time I’ll go there.

People of color DON'T get the good job pay. If u are white ur hired, if u are aren't white u will not get the job. They ONLY hired whites wit get paying positions and people of color go to shipping and handling wit LOW pay. I applied twice lol ? I'm not WHITE ENOUGH..

Traveling on 90W around 15 miles out of Cleveland and one of your drivers ran me off the road. Can’t find anywhere to report but I have the trailer number and license plate though. Will take this review down if someone gets back to me.

A company that embodies the American Dream. Unique to the rest of the manufacturing industry, the values and culture of Charter Steel create a work environment I feel lucky to be in

This is a perfect example of America. We need way more of these than just one to fix the American dream though. We need to go back to having a manufacturing based economy and we all know steel is the backbone of manufacturing everywhere. If we as a country would stop being so "politically correct" we would be able to do this more and have pride like this every time you go downtown anywhere like we had in the 1950s. I think that only few people would disagree with me that more production and especially steel could very easily become the driving force behind bringing back the "American Dream."
