She increased our knowledge re the process and always responded quickly to our calls and questions. With such a difficult task, we couldn’t have worked with a better person.
The actual pick up and move-in day went smoothly. Eric Favez was the driver and site supervisor on both ends. Eric was great to work with. Again, he was professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The team and he worked quickly and with care to protect our belongings. In both locations, Ohio to North Carolina, the team was on time and efficient. Eric made sure the process ran smoothly and without stress.
Natalie, the Berger Allied coordinator kept us informed with every step, sending reminders, updates and handling administrative tasks.

“Very pleased overall with the Arhaus delivery service. They rescheduled the delivery to a day that I was off so that I could be at home when the item was scheduled to arrive. The driver called me when he was near to alert me to thier arrival. The driver and his helper carried the 70lb item to my porch, and were very professional.”

“Where do I even begin! I researched good moving companies and this one is the place you are looking for!
First, the office administrator/coordinator Brittney is AMAZING! She worked with me for almost a month coordinating the best way for me to move things from two places to my new home with my fiancé! She communicates well, is very kind and down to earth, and makes sure that you are getting the best service. I changed things up until a few days before which was probably annoying but Brittney was optimistic and worked to make sure my best interests were met.
Second, the movers were kind and easy to talk with. They worked hard with our couch which proved to be harder than we expected but they got it done with no complaints.
Overall, it was worth what we paid for and will be using this company in the future!”

“Without a doubt I would use Morse again. I was moving my daughter from Cleveland to Philadelphia, with a month storage in between. We contacted a number of movers and Morse were the quickest to respond and to arrange a visit to prepare an estimate from the sales person. Within a day we had an estimate and move date. The driver and crew arrived on time, were very professional and quick. For both the pick up and delivery the coordinator was very timely and comprehensive giving us a time and date and checking in regularly, especially the day before the move. The delivery crew and driver were the same team, and it was good to see them - on time as promised. Unsurprisingly they were very efficient and professional.
