Very quick and thorough responses from their staff in regards to questions about cremation. The girls working there were so kind and helpful when it came to bringing our cat in, and they had everything finished in just a few hours. They give the cutest package that has your pet, a booklet with their fur, and a sweet letter all wrapped up nicely. Very comforting people for a difficult time.

Very nice people, take great care of both you and your animal and show great empathy when grieving. Very satisfied with the service I received. Not only that, but they are more than half the price of literally every other crematory in the area. Being tight on money, this place helped bring closure and let me keep my baby forever.

When it became clear that my dear Omani Padme Hung (Omani) was going to die soon, I went searching for a place to cremate him. What mattered to me was the feel of the place and of the people. Paws & Remember was superb.I am a Buddhist nun and they were very accommodating and patient with my various needs and questions. Niki in particular was so warm and kind. I brought Omani with me on my search as he was still able to walk around and go for a ride. She came out to the car to meet him and was incredibly sweet with him and with me.When the day came to cremate my boy, everyone at the facility was perfect. For a fee, you can watch your pet go in, if you want. This was important to me and once again, Niki was amazing.I asked her to look for anything unusual in the ashes as sometimes things can appear and she found a fully formed moth! (Turns out it's a symbol of transformation).I highly, highly recommend Paws & Remember. Put your heart and ease and choose this place.

We let our Rita go on New Year's Day. We knew it was coming, and my brother recalled Paws & Remember. I was demoralized following an experience with another crematory in 2022 with one of our family cats, so much so that I was going to bury Rita in my mom's backyard and try to make my peace with it.Instead, I called Paws & Remember on New Year's Eve. Talking to Mike was like talking to an old friend from your neighborhood, easy and comforting in a way that felt like catching up with a kindred spirit. I had all the information of what they could do, and I took my girl for one last vet visit with relief in my heart. Our clinic kept her until after the holiday, and then we took her to Paws & Remember. After saying hello at the front window, we took Rita around back to give her away. Mike gently got her out of the car, and I got to place my hand on her burial box from our clinic one more time. Mike would be taking care of her where I no longer could, and getting to know his name and look him in the eye before I left her meant everything to me.Niki took care of us inside, after Mike showed us the urns he could customize. Niki showed us all the impressions she could take of Rita, and she did it with the same ease and comfort that Mike showed. We're all pet parents, we're all devastated in this moment, but we don't have to be alone. We got to know Niki's name, and shake the hand that would be one of the last to handle our girl.I didn't think people like Mike and Niki existed anymore, and that's why I was ready to bury Rita before finding them. Now as we tell everyone how wonderful our Rita was, we tell the story of her death too, how beautiful it was and how joyful it can be to give your dearest pet into capable, loving hands one last time.Pictured are Rita's keepsakes by Paws & Remember. As with anywhere, prices will vary from the size of the pet and the memorial items chosen by the client. I found Paws & Remember to be quite reasonable compared to their competitors. Between the craftsmanship put into every keepsake and the warmth of the human connection brought by this whole experience, it truly was priceless to me.I will be bringing all my pets to Paws & Remember of Northeast Ohio as long as they're in business, and I will tell everyone who will listen to do the same. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.- Moira, Tony, & the memory of our Rita Las Vegas

When our 14 y.o. Lhasa Apso Chelsea suddenly passed away Monday, with no experience in this process We had a difficult decision on where to go. After reading the reviews here, we decided on Paws and Remember. So glad we did, Niki was extremely compassionate, kind and professional. She explained the process and all options in such a gentle way. My wife had a really difficult time and with Niki’s compassion and understanding of losing a pet she was able to comfort her. I picked up Chelsea today and when my Wife and I was looking at everything We were extremely happy how beautiful and tastefully done everything was. Thanks Again, Dean & Maggie.

Everyone is so nice here. One of the workers told me that it is because they are all animal lovers. I was treated with kindness and compassion which is so important at such a difficult time. Their prices are competitive. I shopped around while my pet was in her final days because I knew I would be a wreck when the time came. I appreciate that I was given private time with my pet to say my final goodbyes. I highly recommend Paws & Remember.

When our loving dog passed away a day before Christmas Eve, we called around and we are so pleased that we found Paws & Remember. They were so respectful, caring and very reasonable. We appreciated it so much that we didn't have to wait until after the holidays to have our loving fur baby taken care of like others places suggested. Everyone here is very professional and kind. When the time comes for my future fur babies I will be taking them here. I highly recommend Paws & Remember
