“Last year, I had a bit of an oops moment with my car. Side passenger door got all scratched up real bad. I kinda sat on that issue for months as i had a lot to deal with last year. But... winter was coming... it was already end of November and I didn't want to mess up my car by having my damaged vehicle deal with corrosion due to the snow and then salt that goes with winter driving. I took my car in to Superior Collision as it was relatively near my house. I got an appointment for end of December as they had that much business. So i took my vehicle in and in a few days my car looked brand new. I also was surprised to have found that they had washed the car both inside and out. Super happy with the service here. Mind you, i hope i never need autobody repair services again... but if I do... I will definitely come back here again.”

“My son ordered tires for me from Walmart.com and had them delivered to the Walmart Super center in Van Wert Oh. There was a little confusion on the date to come in because they had a wrong phone number for me and I never got the text. But we set it up for another day, and they were on time getting to my car. And had all the work done in an hour. The lady at the check out had a bit of an issue with the paper work, but she fixed it promptly and was very kind in saying she was so sorry for holding me up. I hope they can keep the ones they have working there for a while. As all of the auto department people I have dealt with have been very kind and helpful.”
