On Pump 4....Whatever the mechanism is that holds the trigger for the pump in so you don't have to hold the pump, whatever that thing is called was broken and when I tried to stop the pump, it wouldn't move out of the way so that the lever could be released so that gas would stop pumping.
So then I had to put my finger in there to move that mechanism but it spring-loaded or something and it about ripped my fingernail off and cut my finger.
And of course there wasn't any receipt paper in the pump either apparently because it said I had to come in to get a receipt. So when I told the cashier that the pump just about ripped my fingernail off, she didn't seem to care. Apparently the other receipts weren't working either, because by the time I told her that there were four people behind me at the cash register, so I just left. I hope my finger doesn't get infected.

We ordered 2 pizzas tonight ( breakfast and supreme) and they were awesome !!! I hear Austin was the one working so thank you Austin !!!

Don't waste your time going here for food, they close the kitchen whenever they feel like it. Kitchen could be closed at noon or 10pm, it's anyone's guess, including management.

Pump issues again. Probably won't be back to van wert. Always pump issues. Either don't work, or pump very slowly. Never had an issue at Decatur Casey's.

Last week was a very unpleasant experience ordering pizzas, this week is par for the course. Google shows they open at 5am. Show up to get gas at 5:57 and everything's dark and someone sitting in a car up by the door. Waited around thinking maybe it didn't open until 6am. Waited until 6:05 and nothing. I recently changed work locations and this place is convenient for me to get gas, snacks, pizza for home, and pizzas for work events, but I'm about over it

Friendly staff and wide selection of everyday wares. Was a little better when Jazmyn was working there, but overall a good place.

Management needs a TOTAL rework.Specifically Brittany and Grace.Not only for leaving an employees alone in the store for almost 2 and a half hours. Making iced coffee runs a lot of the time and finally trying to threaten an employee about their hospital trip saying they would put it down as them taking two days instead of one just to fire them.This is absolutely disgraceful behavior from managers and hope it will be handled properly.
