After having a fire recently, my life was turned upside down. I am so grateful to Central Insurance for their immediate response. The adjuster came out right away and helped me by guiding me on what needs to be done to start the clean up process. I have been able to reach the company and adjuster with questions.
I am very happy and grateful for the service Central Insurance company has provided during this stressful time.

I had a small accident with my car and called Central to begin a claim. There was a Risk the hood might dislodge so within hours, Central had set me up with a rental car and arranged a tow truck. Then, when I got the estimate a few days later, Central approved the estimate from the auto body shop within 24 hours. Incredible customer service.

As a homeowner, no one wants to deal with an incident that causes damage to your home. My wife and I have been very blessed over the last 30+ years with not having any unexpected incidents with any of our properties. Recently, we had an incident. Not knowing if it was covered by our policy, my wife called our insurance agent. In less than 24 hours, they called. The representative that helped us was very responsive and provided excellent guidance through the process. We were very impressed with our experience! We would definitely recommend Central Insurance.

Senior clients may have some difficulty remembering facts quoted to us. Each of the insurance personnel I had were very helpful with every stage of the process. Demetrius and Rob answered a million questions on my part and sent written info to help me stay abreast of operations. From temporary housing , monetary funding for incidentals, furniture rental, calls about my well-being, and patient listening and addressing issues- all were part of my experience. I could not have asked for better. My family and friends can't believe the awesome service I have received. Thank you
