If I could leave a review with 0 stars, I would. Posting since my s/o is too kind to. They didn’t ask how he wanted it done, just took clippers and went to town. Wasn’t even. Multiple spots missed, plus (and this has happened twice now) they have screwed up his neck line again, crooked and way too high. Won’t be back here if we can help it.

Walked in and all workers were sitting in their chair and waiting except the one that was standing at the register waiting for the next ‘victim’. She knew what style I wanted and took her 6-7 minutes to do her ‘job’. She then asked how everything looked. After me looking through the mirror multiple times and not saying anything, she says ‘ Oh those dark spots where you think it’s not faded, it is. You just have dark spots in your hair.’ No, I don’t. Came home and fixed it. Didn’t want to let her try to fix something she thought was acceptable. Horrible.

I always have longggg hair. Mainly because I’ve gotten horrible hair cuts in the past. Went in hoping for the best and I GOT THE BEST!!! You need to request Destiny!!! She took her time doing everything I asked for and my hair turned out amazing. Most definitely will be going back!!!

My visit to great clips was an emergency not just for me . But I have three male teenagers that had to get hair cut also . My son and my wife normally cuts the hair in our house . Short on time and I suggested that I take them to get their hair cut . It's been several years since I had to go to a barber shop . Great clips was our only chance to get the situation done. The ladies within done a great job in a timely manner. Thank you Great Clips for a professional haircut .

If I could give 0 stars I would but it wasn't an option!!! Scheduled an appointment via online site, got a text message telling me to head to the store. I get there and the lady pretends like she doesn't have me on the list when I can literally see the list and see my number on it. She continues to tell me I'm not on the list. I leave, after I leave I get a text message telling me I'm next in line. I call the store because the lady told me I didn't have an appointment, she then asks me my number and says "oh yeah, you can come on back, you're next in line. I go back, the employees then proceed to ignore me and let FIVE SEPARATE PEOPLE go ahead of me after telling me I'm next in line. Wasted a total of almost two hours of my time and never got my haircut and the employees were very rude to me for no reason. I was then contacted by Pam Hecks who told me I would be compensated with a free haircut coupon so I gave her my address, well that was over a month ago and I still have not received anything in the mail for a free haircut. BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE OUT OF ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!!UPDATE:TWO MONTHS LATER STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING IN THE MAIL FOR A FREE HAIRCUT COUPON AND WAS TOLD TWICE ON TWO SEPARATE OCCASIONS I WOULD BE RECEIVING ONE IN THE MAIL!! STILL I HAVE NOT!! PAM HECK LIED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES TELLING ME I'D RECEIVE A COUPON TO MAKE UP FOR MY EXPERIENCE AND I HAVE YET RO RECEIVE ANYTHING EVEN AFTER GIVING HER MY ADDRESS MULTIPLE TIMES NOW!!! DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED MORE RUDELY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!
