I just got a red 2015 Jeep Patriot I I love it. It is the first Vehicle I ever bought and I’m so proud of myself. Do not waste your time or money. I’ve had my Jeep less than three months and have thrown extra money into repairs that their service warranty won’t cover. What was Katie’s response well you should have brought it to me and started to laugh about the situation. She’s head of her department and should not be! She doesn’t understand I’m still putting money into repairs even if I would take it up for them to diagnose. The sales representative need a better manager because Courtney is the sweetest person I have dealt with.
