“I have been doing kickboxing with Trisha now for maybe 3-4 yrs and i love it. Trisha is an awesome and fun instructor and so energetic. I get a great workout and miss it when I can't be there. I definitely recommend her class!”
“I have been a member for 5 years and must say I am very happy with AF at the present time. I think Lisa, facility manager in Van Wert does an excellent job keeping the facility clean and running smoothly. She is on site and speaking and supporting members daily. This is a real plus because during the 5 years I have been a member there were many months there wasn’t even a manager present. I would definitely recommend AF to my friends and actually see people coming in inquiring about becoming members daily when I am working out. Plus the environment has taken on a whole new environment where members actually speak and interact with each other. This is a plus because people will go where they feel comfortable. I totally believe these changes are due to Lisa’s management style.”
