Friendly honest peeps, buuuutt the service costs for simple filing is way up there kinda outrageous. As of Jan. 2023 simple filing cost $350 so if can find alternative I highly recommend you doing so.

I will NEVER go back or recommend this place to anyone! I went in to drop my taxes off today and was denied service by Kelly the front desk lady because I had my son with me. Mind you I’m a single mom and was only dropping off my W-2’s! Save yourself the time and money and go to someone who is going to treat you with respect.

If I'm paying someone to do my taxes, I expect it to be handled in a timely fashion. They've had my W2's and my paperwork for a week now. I called to see what was going on and they told me it would be another 2 weeks before they even get to mine.
