Brought my car in for an alignment, was told there was no way to align the rear wheels because the frame was bent. Brought it to a shop in Elida, turns out the frame was NOT bent and they had the alignment done in an hour. Wasted my time and money.

We were on our way to Wapak from Michigan. We just got new brakes on our 2017 Ford 250, two days ago. It was 4:59 on a Friday, and we lost a bolt off our new caliper assembly. Lloyd’s was the only one to answer the phone out of three we callled for help. They told us to get on on over and he’d see what he could do. At 6:00 pm we were back on our way to camping in Wapak. He was a half hour past closing and going on date night with his wife, charged us very fair. I highly recommend Lloyd’s Auto Repair!

About 2 weeks ago this girl from TN & friend arrived in Van Wert from a trip to MI. My car had a awful noise when using the brakes. My friend suggested Lloyds. We called Mon. & got right in! Wow! Noise was from brakes that had been from improperly installed! Lloyd installed new brakes & also fixed a noise the car has had for ages & no one knew how to fix. So this girl is grateful & blessed to Lloyds!! So nice to have someone who cares & takes time to explain what's going on with her car! Am so thankful!!

I'm not sure a review can sufficiently express the kindness and professionalism of Lee and his staff. They did everything possible (and offered to do even more than that) to take care of me and my daughter in a tough predicament while trying to get out of state to a wedding. They got me in way faster than I expected, with a super quick turnaround and had my truck fixed for a fair price. I would highly recommend this shop. I wish it was closer to where I live.

Went in for a battery change. He checked if it was even a good battery to replace. Just the extra mile for that was more than enough. Then such thorough, knowledgeable, and speedy service made them my number one in town.
